Responding to directive from [white male[s]] associated with DOT; am sending various people who decry their public awsomeness of empathy and compassion for the people in Charleston who were the results of Dyl"ann" storm roof killings ; in which the Mayor of Winston-Salem - Joines issued a plea for the "Winston-Salem residents to support Charleston victims' families":

2. The articles in the Winston-Salem Chronicle mostly seem to appear to be about the where the nine people were killed in Charleston, SC. rather than the issue of color;

Where the Mayor of Winston-Salem, NC urging city residents to support the family and friends of the victims of the shooting at Emanuel A.M.E. Church;[note:there were nine[9] victims that lost their life on that particular day; all at the same time;think it is about nine[9] to ten[10] of my family members that white male[s] system[s]-doctors/giving the wrong medicine have killed over a 25 year period-and the result has been not support but the opposite-more attacks to the point of the stress/starvation[lack of proper healthy food] caused me to go to ICU[i see you];Dyl"ann" storm roof killed all of his victims within an thrity minutes to an hour; whereas white male secret killing system[s] are slow and methodical:

1.done by using a careful and organized procedure;

For example: blogged about relative, Shirely who passed on June 13,2015; and during that time one of the sibling "Joyce" [who helped me to start family reunion about 25 years ago; and who also "suddenly disappeared"[was too busy to socialize]]texted me a message; and the next day in the media there was the story of a white "Joyce" who had helped two convicts to escape:

"Sources report that law enforcement has captured David Sweat, the convicted murderer who escaped a maximum security prison in upstate New York;

[The two convicts were captured today- the next "working Monday " where "joyce" went to work- after family reunion meeting on Sat., June 27,2015-where "Joyce" was informed of lot of harassment to a relative=which on the next "working Monday" "Joyce" went to work and communicated to white male[s] the she is/will be helping white male[s]-being that "Joyce was diagnois with cancer[falsely] and white males gave her a chance at life-where now ""JOYCE"is a security guard- which is what they tried to make me] like the white female "Joyce" security guard:

  

"Joyce Mitchell Arrested: Prison Guard Allegedly Planned To Run Away With Well-Endowed Inmate To Start A New Life"

"JOYCE" Mitchell was arrested this week for allegedly helping two convicted killers escape from a maximum-security prison, and now prosecutors say the corrections officer planned to run away and start a new life with an inmate infamous for his "SEXUAL" prowess.

Clinton County District Attorney Andrew Wylie said that Mitchell was supposed to serve as a getaway driver for the two escaped men, David Sweat and Richard Matt."[note:"sex" was mention because is code to keep Black females in line; "RICH"-code for "MONEY" /wealth issue;"MATT" is code for "MATTER"; "DAVID" code for white male[s] getting victory over black people];

The two WHITE male prisoners who "Joyce" helped to escape used "Joyce" and somebody else working in the system and outside authority knew that the two white males were going to escape-the goal was to communicate infomation about "JOYCE"[the black one] and what she was doing;

For example in the Winston-Salem Journal "MILESTONES" section;page A9 (9=number ofr birthing) today thought it was kind of strange to have TWO     stories about   "JOYCE":

1.  "Joyce" Bounds of Roaring River;

2. Picture of "JOYCE" to the far right; picture of Phyllis S. "BANKS" over "joyce" picture and a picture of

Mackenzie "BROWN" under "joyce's" picture=code="JOYCE" is black and allow access to "BANK";

White males system[s] are not [antonyms] disorganized, haphazard, hit-or-miss, immethodical, irregular, nonsystematic, patternless, planless, systemless, unsystematic;

 White male[s] systems of killing/robbery/intimidation/abuse are as stated in article in the Winston0Salem Chronicle, Ferguson is still everywhere if you are Black" by Rika Tyler and T-Bubb-O[both guest columnist]:

In other words, we need "POLICIES" that establich accountability, which would mean taking responsibility, being liable and answereable for the travesties of  "justice"[injustice]; the constant mistakes, bad judgment, racist motices and lack of transparency would result in  immediate termination in other fields in this country[which is a lie]; one of the author's thinks that in other fields of employment that white male[s] would be terminated for violating the United States Constitution laws-which "BILLY" Pluck[ white male mail carrier] is STILL  working after numerous complaints to his supervisor about his harassment/tracking behind the CRR Center; he is still working  because his job is to systematically harass Black female[s] in the African American neighborhood;[note: anybody can deliver the mail; but a white racist is needed to harass AFrican American females who don't submit to white male[s] wishes[like "JOYCE"][ which she will eventually have to pay for; might be why her sibling Shirley was not allowed to live/killed  by white male[s] system[s]way before her time;

 White male[s]Systematically:

3.marked by thoroughness and regularity;[using the cover of "work" to attack AFrican American[s]];

Was reading on a subject trying to avoid one of the white male[s] systematic/organizes, neat, orderly, regular, methodical attacks [notice or removal and towing]  and in the African American almanac; 2011; 11thed; United States; page 681 and page 687 concerning ""EMPLOYMENT TRENDS", it was stated:

"An increasing number of Blacks were LOCKED out of the "mainstream" of American Life and has serious social and economic implications for the way blacks should be viewed as a group as well as for "PUBLIC

POLICY";

With "PUBLIC POLICY" being the main issue and the reason why AFrican American[s] based on the statement above will be "LOCKED" out of mainstream life; which went to one of the "Salvation Army" websites and it stated,:

"In addition to the short term housing, underlying this program is the "goal"  of "IDENTIFYING  VARIOUS "CAUSES" of social problems. Social workers and case mangers will work to alleviate or eliminate homelessness/poverty at it[s] source; which would be

White male[s] [synonyms]neat, orderly, organized, regular, methodical, systematized violating the laws and rules of the United States Constitution;

In the Carolina Peacemaker Newspaper; page 3A; june 25, 2015; Community section it states:

Peeples stted when it comes to "racisim", people want to focus ont he victims, when the problem is the "LARGER SOCIETY"[white male[s]] and the "SYSTEMS" that "have been set up to perpetuate  "racisim", "What we need to look at is the "culture"[white male[s]] that fosters this bias "way" of thinking".;

In the New York Amsterdam News; page 13; article, "Black folk still  burden of the Dred Scott decision; by Kimberly L. Detherage; where it was stated:

For too long, african-american people have been terr-rized  in these United States.  Since slavery, when we were forcibly taken from our homeland, purchased and used as chattel to build this country, the lives of Black men and women have been devalued[why a "Balck"genuis gets to clean out toilets, while the white genious is given billions to discover new system[s] ideas, etc. for white society and also why "Blacks" need their "own"]; while we have born the brunt of greed  and  captialism in these United States.  When will this hate and violence end? 

While the US government strives to eliminate terr-rism from other coutnries against its citizens, it has yet to recognize, confront and eliminate the terr-rism that exists against its African American citizens.Despite some progress, we still bear the burden of the 1857 Dred Scott supreme court decision, although overturned,
that the Black man[or woman] has no rights that the white male must respect." However, black lives do matter.  All LIves matter.

And unfortunately; African American[s] trusting white male[s] which help and encourage AFrican American[s] to remain [antonyms]disorganized, haphazard, hit-or-miss, immethodical, irregular, nonsystematic, patternless, planless, systemless, unsystematic;[http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/systematic];

For example: the white male  "organized system" is a man of color raised by white male[s]  called and looked upon as "Black"; and Loretta Lynch was sworn in by a hispanic-should have been the other way around; in both cases African American[s] were historically robbed;[

**And Loretta Lynch was sworn in the same day that Dyl"ann" storm roof killed nine Blacks;

Which states” In accordance with Chapter 42, Article VII, Section 42-344 the following has been declared a “JUNKed” motor vehicle”

This is a request for the “notice of removal and towing”  issue to be halted or a “hearing” in regards to the towing of vehicle in the “notice of removal and towing”, which please be aware process will cause extreme stress, which doctor orders are to stay away from stress;

Please find a copy of email sent to Randy Britton,Deputy Director,City of Winston-Salem Sanitation Department on 8/19/14 concerning “RE: Local environmental factors that are beyond local citizens control”, Mr. Taylor was sent an email[was suppose to get back in touch; but  a 2^nd notice was issued during the same time that Mr. Taylor was on vacation[week of 6/22/15]];which the posting of the “notice of removal and towing” adds to the stress; along with stress from the City of Winston-Salem DOT[department of transportation] [street bill]road work from 6/19/15 to 6/23/15 on airport road [usually some type of formal directive is posted right before or after DOT road work]; along with threats which adds to the stress that are part of the causation[s] that resulted in the “notice of removal and towing” directive being a part of the process of public development concerning the issue of  access to money, ethnic intimidation and racial discrimination based on:

DOJ finds Ferguson targeted African-Americans, used courts mainly to increase revenue

It was stated that, “Ferguson authority severely undermined the public trust," creating a “tense atmosphere, where people feel under assault, under siege."

To many Black citizens, he said, Ferguson authority seem like a "collection agency" to write tickets and boost the city coffers with excessive fines and penalties.; DOJ officials said they believe that many of the practices in Ferguson they criticized were also occurring in neighboring jurisdictions/states;

One DOJ official involved in the negotiations with Ferguson officials expressed hope that that those "maybe engaging in similar kinds of practices and activities that are unconstitutional ... will similarly choose to engage in reform.";
The DOJ report exposed a system where Ferguson intentionally inflicted pain on the most vulnerable residents.
Thus based on fact that others in authority that are in the City of Winston-Salem employment who are aware and investigating intimidation situation would appreciate mercy til can deal with the car, being that a large part of the issue is intimidation by white males [whose dominate presence[DOT] was obvious on the Corner of Airport/Carver School Road  rd  on 6/19/15-[same day had an appointment]-two days after E. Helm[white male] posted the “notice of removal and towing”] concerning right as a citizen to maintain  economic prosperity; which the “notice of removal and towing” coincides with the ““RE: Local environmental factors that are beyond local citizens control” email sent to Randy Britton,Deputy Director,City of Winston-Salem Sanitation Department on 8/19/14 and is a part of causation[s];

5. On the Front page of the Winston-salem Journal is a picture of how most people who do not want to bother other people live; enjoying life;

Just listening to music and enjoy themselves-which from my experience is what most African American[s] would like to do; but white male[s] operating their controlling system[s] don't allow for AFrican American[s] to do what they enjoy; the AFrican Amerian[s] have to learn to enjoy what white male[s]  force them to do- to earn a living or just being;

6.[NOTE: At what point is a person suppose to get physical to stop psychological attacks?];

On 6/28/15 appx. 12 cars were parked on street; all black males on street standing around; white male at 3713 in black modern suv; chris hayes went to talk to white female; then white male with white hair walked up street to group of Black males; Gwynolyn Gwyns son who pulled weapon on me kept walking in front of open window; then went in back of 3713 and stood in front of kitchen window so that could see him at 3713 peaing in the back yard;

[note: It would be nice to have the Mayor -Joines to recogonize the abuse of AFrican American[s] in Winston-Salem and help the AFrican American[s] recover economically;
