Re: Aesthetic/Notice of removal and towing[6/17/15]

Which states” In accordance with Chapter 42, Article VII, Section 42-344 the following has been declared a “JUNKed” motor vehicle”

This is a request for the “notice of removal and towing”  issue to be halted or a “hearing” in regards to the towing of vehicle in the “notice of removal and towing”, which please be aware process will cause extreme stress, which doctor orders are to stay away from stress;

Please find a copy of email sent to Randy Britton,Deputy Director,City of Winston-Salem Sanitation Department on 8/19/14 concerning “RE: Local environmental factors that are beyond local citizens control”, Mr. Taylor was sent an email[was suppose to get back in touch; but  a 2^nd notice was issued during the same time that Mr. Taylor was on vacation[week of 6/22/15]];which the posting of the “notice of removal and towing” adds to the stress; along with stress from the City of Winston-Salem DOT[department of transportation] [street bill]road work from 6/19/15 to 6/23/15 on airport road [usually some type of formal directive is posted right before or after DOT road work]; along with threats which adds to the stress that are part of the causation[s] that resulted in the “notice of removal and towing” directive being a part of the process of public development concerning the issue of  access to money, ethnic intimidation and racial discrimination based on:

DOJ finds Ferguson targeted African-Americans, used courts mainly to increase revenue

It was stated that, “Ferguson authority severely undermined the public trust," creating a “tense atmosphere, where people feel under assault, under siege."

To many Black citizens, he said, Ferguson authority seem like a "collection agency" to write tickets and boost the city coffers with excessive fines and penalties.; DOJ officials said they believe that many of the practices in Ferguson they criticized were also occurring in neighboring jurisdictions/states;

One DOJ official involved in the negotiations with Ferguson officials expressed hope that that those "maybe engaging in similar kinds of practices and activities that are unconstitutional ... will similarly choose to engage in reform.";
The DOJ report exposed a system where Ferguson intentionally inflicted pain on the most vulnerable residents.
Thus based on fact that others in authority that are in the City of Winston-Salem employment who are aware and investigating intimidation situation would appreciate mercy til can deal with the car, being that a large part of the issue is intimidation by white males [whose dominate presence[DOT] was obvious on the Corner of Airport/Carver School Road  rd  on 6/19/15-[same day had an appointment]-two days after E. Helm[white male] posted the “notice of removal and towing”] concerning right as a citizen to maintain  economic prosperity; which the “notice of removal and towing” coincides with the ““RE: Local environmental factors that are beyond local citizens control” email sent to Randy Britton,Deputy Director,City of Winston-Salem Sanitation Department on 8/19/14 and is a part of causation[s];
