To: Whoever can remove abusive barriers such as "communication to "UMFaph[sp][german] that anytype of help given to socialpeacest is "ROTER ROOTER SERVICE"[SEWAGE]; meaning everything done is the equivalent of shit; would say that is the equivalent of communication this morning upon going to get a check from Prespiterian[sp] check that helps those in need with utilities; thing is; got thier name from Sweeny [sweeny is probably german]; Roter Rooter truck drove up 4th street when was walking towards the office to receieve check to help with utilites; can say that the attorney was a whole lot upset because he couldn't find out who to make a check payable to concerning the city of Winston-Salem Water Dept.; so he wrote something on there; but said; "You would think that you could locate something that says make payment to:
then I said, evidently you do not pay your water bill; then he said, it is automatically deducted; then told him that he had just a taste of the city of Winston-Salem water dept.; that they could keep him running around in circles for days. They were reading a book: Four versions of the same jesus or a title similar to that; told him kind of know about that; living one life based upon other peoples view but from my perspective living at least four to five versions or more.
For example: upon getting on to route 1 WSTA [motician [African Americn female]was driving the quarter after bus; means anything done on the 11th [suppose to represent falling][like 911] is officially put in the category of what a mortician is representative of; then in case a person skipped the quarter after bus to avoid the mortician; then WSTA had ROBBIN on route 1 quarter till the hour bus; the rising bus; anything done that would have made the white male system [excuse me][the city of Winston-Salem][excuse me again-it is not the city of Winston-Salem system][Oh! because it is a system operated world wide]; any way the point is that ROBIN was put on the quarter till bus to ensure in the spirit realm, first that everything associated with African Americans rising that would make the white male system [the system that is operated against African Americans to intentionally rob,etc. from them] fall[11th] would be robbed. Guess they are very good at robbing African Americans [somebody wants to KNOW -WELL how can they do that to African Americans are they all so dumb?]
Glad you asked that question-A nswer is as follows: Upon getting off of the bus that the mortician was driving; transferred to route 18 [WSTA]; while waiting for the transfer car#94 drove down trade street;
parked at Benton Convention center with a motorcysle parked was a Caucasian male and female; ;upon getting off of route 18[WSTA] 5th and ? near Wachovia[Wells Fargo Bank]; big truck [US][Food Service]; point is that from getting the check to help pay with utilities to arriving at the City of Winston-Salem Water Dept. car #94 appeared at least three to four times?=for intimidation=?-coincidence=? communication=?=???????have no idea! And that is the result of over thirty years of not being aware of authority presence because I ALWAYS thought it was something that my daddy was doing wrong; something that he was doing illegal or immoral and I was right; he was guilty of being BLACK or should I say African American; his skin was the wrong color! Only People who are white, serve white people's agenda; live breath and act like white people are allowed to flow and prosper in the United States; and based upon current observations of lot of names; evidently the closer to german name; the more the person is allowed to flow [wouldn't that be similar to what hitler was doing]. So who do people go to-to stop the white germans from abusing African Americans.

Do KNOW that all information given is based on preconcieved notion how someone=? wants the United States to appear=no real African Americans and do KNOW that someone=? does not want the United States to survive as they do not want African Americans to survive.
