8/7/12

After listening to CD=Good relationships should bring:
1. Human Connection
2.  Delivery system for what person need in life
     a. Love
     b. Safety
     c. grace
     d. warmth
     e. feedback
     f.  forgiveness
     g. etc.

All of the above make life full, meaningful and enjoyable.  People without solid long lasting wholesome commitments [not allowed in African American relationships/communities], connections people suffer at many levels.  White people's research shows people with few good relationships have more medical and psychological problems and generally expernience a deprived quality of life.

Being disconnected is not good; person/organization trying to control person's life=are usually somebody that matters to the person and the person gives access to controlling person or organization[Jews gave access to hitler[authority] that they don't give to others.  Society in the United States gives access to authority that they do not give to others which allows person to be offended by authority that others can't.

Controlling person [authority] can cause person to feel powerless, frustrated, etc.  and the intensity affects the person in direct proportion to the depth of the attachment [most African American communities have some person in the family in confinement or in and out of confinement so African American community is constantly aware/attached to some form/concept of control of authority in community and family.

CD stated that those who matter in person life will affect the person over people not in person's life.  The controlling person [authority ]over the innocent person is dangerous and the innoncent person should get out from under the controlling person [authority].

CD also stated that GOD[the real God] specializes in changing unchangeable people/organizations/authorities; to have hope based on reality.

Also would appreciate athority at Reynolda library allowing access to email account.
