Sprinkle-Hamlin named to Commission by McCrory

Being that Jennifer Barrett Boneno[sp] manager of the  Reynolda Branch Library had her staff to not give me a statement [that  the printer to the public computer was off[after they had given me statements for about a week and 1/2; of which they did not turn the printer back on until I email somebody that they printers were off and that the staff had been instructed to not give me a statement saying so]; and the local real African American [being forced to give up  his real life to live the one the white males are forcing on him]male hold moral mondays every Monday; for Gov. Pat McCrory  to appoint Sylvia Sprinkle-Hamlin the director of the WS Forsyth County Public Library to the North Carolina Public Librarian Certification Commission is the equivalent of the white master position his favorite in house nigger over the slaves to ensure that the ones who find it hard to be a slave are kept in place [through electronic freedom[ACCESS to the internet] at the Winston-Salem Forsyth County Public LIbrary:

And the fact that "Sylvia Sprinkle-Hamlin" is on the board of directors for the Women’s Leadership Council of  the United Way." is even more IMMORAL s[for lack of a better word] ; because  white governor Pat McCrory will look to Sylvia Sprinkle-Hamlin for answers concerning how to block African American females who do not work as prostitutes for white males;[WS Chronicle January 8, 2014]; which means that African American[s] will be suffering from access to the computers at the Public libraries in Winston-salem, North Carolina;
Of which at the Winston-salem Public Libraries African Americans who do not participate in their secret group like the secret group that works for Governor Chris Christie are targeted to harassed, intimidated, abused and threaten by those African Americans and white males who work for their secret group; such as
When on 1/6/14 at the Reynolda Branch Library where a Anfrican American female [dark brown skin[like Sylvia Hamlin] in a leather jacket3/4; med. length curly hair and a light skin Black or what looked like a hispanic male with braids who came to the childrens section where I was sitting and the black female intentionally came and took her BLACK Big pocket book and hit the back of the chair where I had my Black case; and fter I communicated that I am not paraticipating and to stop; she went and got adult video's[section] and came back to the children's section and put the adult video on the childrens shelf and went to the black/hispanic light skin male with braids and started a VERY LOUD conversation about dr-gs[ terms have heard on the news about dr-g raids]; the black /hispanic light skin male with braids had on a RED jacket with TWO Dragons on the balk[looked like] and they started talking about mixing chemicals, etcs.; of which I put on ear plugs in ear and they left; I then went to computer 10 and then a white male in Black leather short jacket [senior] with white beard came and sat at  to the right side of  me at computer number eight; then I got up; moved and based upon my observation the TWO blacks and white males have never seen before at Reynolda Branch library [bu their presence explain why there are low income govermental housing in the midst of  what looks like a middle income area; of which the the TWO blacks and white males have never seen before at Reynolda Branch Libraryare working for the same system Jennifer Barrettt Coneon, manager of the Reynolda Branch Libray work for the same people in secret;

 Gov. Pat McCrory has appointed Sylvia Sprinkle-Hamlin to the North Carolina Public Librarian Certification Commission.
 Sprinkle-Hamlin is the director of the Forsyth County Public Library system. A longtime librarian, Sprinkle-Hamlin is on the North Carolina American Library Association, the board of directors for the North Carolina Black Repertory Theatre Company and the Women’s Leadership Council of United Way. She is also the executive producer of the National Black Theatre Festival, the biennial entertainment event that was founded by her late husband, Larry Leon Hamlin.
Sprinkle-Hamlin received a BS in education from Winston-SalemStateUniversity and a master’s in library science from ClarkAtlantaUniversity.
Michael Y. Taylor, the director of Pender County Public Libraries, was also appointed to the board, to an at-large seat. Sprinkle-Hamlin was nominated by the North Carolina Library Association before being appointed by McCrory to the seat on the board that the governor is required to fill.
The North Carolina Public Librarian Certification Commission adopts rules and regulations to be followed in the certification of public librarians. It is authorized to establish and require written examinations for certified public librarian applicants. Members serve a four-year terms.
 Jonathan Dills, another ForsythCounty resident, was appointed to the state Well Contractors Certification Commission, which is charged with protecting public health and safety by ensuring the integrity and competence of well contractors and protecting and beneficially developing the groundwater resources of the state.
Dills is the managing partner/owner of the Law Offices of Jonathan S. Dills, P.A.. He also has experience as a claims supervisor and representative with Duke Power and as an assistant financial analyst with RJR Tobacco, Inc. He will serve a three-year term.
