On 6/29/15 at the CRB library; ederly female-white hair/fat-kept watching me and had her body turned toward's me; she could barely walk; [thought maybe it was just my imagination]; then she left the CRB library about 20 minutes before me; went to the WSTA bus stop and sat; the bus was about ten minutes late; she got on the WSTA-which I did not; then instead of usual routine, decided to walk and while walking-about 15 minutes later-authority vehicle-white with red and blue stripes appeared; then about two to three minutes later-two all white authority vehicles showed[one right behind the other; both speeding like they were trying to catch the authority vehicle with the red and blue striped; about five minutes later, one of the white authority vehicles came back down Carver Road and was at the stoplight Lansing and Carver Rd.; the issue was that did not get on WSTA bus with the OLD female-which think code suppose to have been-attacks stop from white male[s]=being an old female; but since did not get on WSTA bus-white male[s] had to rearrange to resend another message/code=why the three authority vehicles within less than five minutes[TWO alike=TWINS];
