Based on the laws of employers responsibilities of their employees actions; documentation/observation and information concerning Consumer Protection [cannot do another round of abuse-Kelly ann CONWAY name used at communicated instructions of how to abuse a specific “ANN];

 

 ““bait and switch” advertising/economic/social systematic tactics, consumer rights laws address things like warranty misrepresentation, defective products, forced arbitration clauses, identity theft, and other types of harassment and fraud.”

 

Through the use of scams used by the “media” based on elements within the “yes” scam where a person is called and asked if they can here the person that called them if the person call answers “yes” then the person is recorded saying “yes” and taken to court to pay for something they never ordered; and the same concept is applied through television; where if the concept is put on television/in a tv show; then the scam is that the person agrees; for example, the name “ANN”  “BE” “MAN” [Ann Beman] on channel 2;5/13/7; on chicken sup for the Soul-Hidden HERoes at 11:12 am is scam that ANN agrees to be a man; which is based on the reason why the big push for gay rights during the Obama administration; system designed to force African American female[s] who are not “gay” into being “gay” in order to be allowed to earn honest “MONEY”;

 

Employers are responsible to: “Use color codes, posters, labels or signs to warn employees of potential hazards.;”

 

SEC. 5. Duties

(a) Each employer --

(1) shall furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment which are free from recognized hazards that are causing or are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to his employees [consumer/patron];29 USC 654;(2) shall comply with occupational safety and health standards promulgated under this Act.;(b) Each employee shall comply with occupational safety and health standards and all rules, regulations, and orders issued pursuant to this Act which are applicable to his own actions and conduct.

Where the “bait and switch” forced arbitration clauses, identity theft, and other types of harassment and fraud.”  Involve public organizations that receive fed. money such as the Carver School Road branch library where a “Kelling”[pronounced  [KILLING] was just hired to be transferred to the Forsyth County Main Public library as part of harassment concerning future ventures to  Forsyth County Main Public library that was torn down in 2015 [specifically to stop an African American male from having access to the presence of a  specific female; being that he knew that the African American female would be at the main public library  and  that African American men who want to date African American females who are not secret prostitutes for white male[s] would be attacked]; thus part of the scam was the hiring of “KILLING” at Carver School Road Branch library two months before the opening of the 5^th Street Forsyth County main public library is to threaten killing if present when the 5^th Street Forsyth County Public library re-opens in 2017[message being that only African American female[s] that work  in the secret as secret prostitutes can have a male-specifically Cynthia]; Steve Harvey and the “Little Big Shots” program is also part of the “bait and switch” scam[child porn ring]-related to the stealing of the TWIN child by Gwyndolyn Gwyn and group; which is why the RE-peat of a lot of tv shows like “TWIN Peaks” ;

 

Part of the “Bait and Switch” is connected to the “Fairlawn and Silas Creek Parkway shopping centers [area Cynthia allowed to live in], which is economic money that should be in the African American neighborhoods [stores names used as codes/instructions]; and intimidation by hispanics [santuary cities-Winston-Salem, NC];

 

There is a red[street name of CW] volkswagon that stays parked at ex-nurse, Gwyndolyn Gwyn’s driveway; and a royal blue volkswagon that stayed parked where Aurilla Mickens [aunt of female who supposedly had TWIN stolen by Gwydolyn Gwyn group] lived on 26^th Street, Winston-Salem, NC.; [Gwyndolyn Gwyn group tried to force African American female[s] to be “gay” to be part of secret group; where[observation –Gwyndolyn Gwyn group has worked in secret with Russians against African American citizens born in the United States of America] where the dismissal of “Comey” is coded information to them and they are waiting on instructions of the “Bait and Switch” of wealth from African American[s] in the Carver School Road area who are not working in secret for “Russians”;
