Winston-Salem, NC "Deference" "Servile" system for African Americans

Called the Salvation Army, winston-Salem, NC Office; Tina answered-put me on hold for over an hours then answering machine where could not leave a message and phone hung up; where I was trying to get a email address to major allison and john gladman;

After posting about "Deference" and fact that the "Deference" system is prevelent among African Americans who are not attacked by white males; including most of those seen in the African American newspapers[held up as so c-lled leaders];

CONFIRMATION of the "Deference" system= after walking home; when got to house; car/raggady/looked tan; last numbers on license tag 29 TK=two males[one white or light skin] in car; did not go in house till car left;and today "Shey" [rebellion] and Sherlene[name similar to relative intimidated out of the city]at work today; and in the Winston-Salem Chronicle newspaper[4/17/14];


Also confirmation=1. Research computer on RESERVE=?; and 2. printer not working ; Both tecniques to interfere with normal flow as punishment for not doing as told;
