Went to Walmart to get a phone after bastards interfered with network;black prostitute male at Walmart did something to the phone so that the phone does not come back on; so can not access information; guy at  T mobile on Reynolda Road said that if they can not get phone back on they need to compensate you; for information and for the phone;

2.At the WSTA there was short white male authority running around intimidating AFrican American[s]; he acted like he was a kid in a candy store; every black person he saw that looked like they would coward to him; he walked up to like he was going to attack them or was going to handcuff them to take them to jail-IT IS ON CAMERA!

Tried to send the message below on 8/3/15; but it came back with  can’t deliver message; am sending again along with confirmation that issues go beyond the Carver School road area; heard this morning on a CNN segment: “Focus on Ferguson” that some of the same residents that suffered from having tickets written that they could not pay are also encountering getting tickets for having cars with no tags/grass to high,etc. and when the Fergurson residents do not pay, an arrest warrant is issued for them to be put in jail for not paying the tickets/fees/fines:
"Ferguson Feeds Off the Poor: Three Warrants a Year Per Household"
"Fines and court fees for the year in this city of just 21,000 people totaled $2,635,400.
 The sum made the municipal court the city’s second-biggest source of revenue."

Which  was sent a notice of violation and nuisance abatement by shawn helm[hispanic];case number 2015072029; issued 8/5/15; which have not had time to look up what the violations are;after the notice about the car, the two bins/royal blue bin; with the statement which states:
"Also, want to advise you that Chapter 160A-175 of the General Statues of North Carolina provides that a violation of a city ordiance shall be a misdemeanor, which may result in a fine or imprisonment of not more that 30 dyas as provided by G. S. 14-4 of the State of North Carolina. [which being that the threat of confinement for working is in court system[2009,etc.], sent a notice of threat of a fine or confinement if  property is not maintained, which requires 'money'[8/2015], either way the message  of confinement is being communicated by hispanic, etc. and worse by Gwyndolyn Gwyn and son who pulled weapon on me;

On 4/20/15 on 980 am radio it was stated, "A lot of little details become "

Am sending email because since the last time spoke with you[later part of July,2015] my phone says "no network"; when I try and make a call[which left a voice mail that phone issue started on or around July 20, 2015 -the same day that Duke energy called the NC Utilities commission and gave them the number of the trucks that they used when turning on my lights- the 20th is about the same time the “no network” issue started occurring with my phone;which am mentioning because the FCC states on their recording that if there is a network interference issue call the local utility company which is coincidental being that Duke energy did not want to accept a deposit check from an agency to turn my lights on  and based on the fact that a complaint was made about Duke energy in July, 2015 think it is coincidental that Duke energy is the one have to call to deal with "no network" interference issues; [asked the FCC to please send notes in file-which have not
 gotten yet; recently [mail] is being delivered in the mornings vs 4:00 in the evening;
Thus because of the issue of threat of confinement if use educational degrees to earn honest money from honest work, income is an issue, along with mail interferance from postman "BILLy Pluck"[which have filed complaints-including the fact that he followed me to local recreation center and parked behind building so no one could see him parked and just started waving like he was an old friend-which he does not know me; [am having to find other means to communicate];
In the last conversation you asked me how you could help; and have tried to narrow how you/office could possibly help, although am not sure of the extent; presently needs include:

1..Income-[Removal of threat of confinement, etc. for earning honest money from honest work]to be allowed to work without threats/intimidation;
2. drinking water[have doctors note],
3.bathing water[have doctors note],
4.food [healthy],
4a. Vitamins
5. that the WSFC Public library,stop putting me out of the library arbitrarily,etc.[Zack][Carl Lowe]
6.request the Carl Russell Recreation Center and Hanes Hosiery Recreation Center stop blocking my access to computers;
7. that the local grocery store security guards at the local grocery stores/hanes mall and at CRB library stop trying to intimidate me;
8. that the people who live in houses around me-stop throwing trash in my yard, stop trying to intimidate me-Gwyndolyn Gwyns son pulled a weapon on me and had to call out of state to get a phone number so that the WS city link could be called, who then called the local authorities[where am still in contact with the outside agency office who is still trying to help me to get help to stop the attacks from people in WS and that live around me, etc.];
9. that hispanics that just moved to Carver Road stop trying to intimidate
me when walking to and from CRB library;
10. that hispanics who work for the city of Winston-Salem do not come onto property;[based on complaint filed with the EEOC in approximately1997 concerning hispanics while working for employer];
11. that people/family who want to help me stop being threaten; that the intimidation/threats/interference with personal relationships stops-like the guy who wears royal blue who wants to date me; that they stop intimidation of my social life;
12. that a grace periord is allowed surrounding [ALL] the issues associated with "no income"; such as the "car"[tarpe]-air in tires;grass cut regularly;[and those of 8/5/15];
13.Issue concerning hispanic doing illegal things to people is not a local issue, it is a national issue based on Redi Radio program who stated that hispanics/illegal hispanics and wrongdoings are a national issue; that lot connected to gangs; and Winston-Salem, North Carolina is listed as a Sanctuary

I have cut the grass at the house every weekend for almost 15 years,but because of income issue[which is in court documents/system], am having to be at the mercy of individuals until can get a law mower;[guy who was cutting my grass-is a TWIN[fluitt] and twice he said he was on the way to cut grass and has not come-because group is telling him not to cut grass;[grass was cut on 8/9/15;TWIN[king]; TWIN[cookie],etc. have encounter about five sets of TWINS, since the TWIN issue started through Gwyndolyn Gwyn and the son who pulled the weapon on me];

Was looking at CNN this afternoon and story came on about the fact that Fergurson, Mo is targeting African American[s] not to just write tickets related to driving, but also concerning cars with no tags, grass growing to high, etc.-same thing bastards doing in Winston-Salem, but in Winston-Salem, white male[s] using hispanics to do the dirty work-thus if hear about hispanics suddenly being killed-it will be by white male authority-to hide fact that they are using hispanics who tell everything to the person who has the most money:

An example of how white males tracked/intimidate/abuse AfricanAmerican females is the daughter of the lady who was a principal at one of the local schools; after she died, she left her house to the her daughter who was a very nice person; she was big and light skinned/met her on the WSTA bus, and EVERYTIME Isaw her a white male was walking behind her or surrounding her in some way; she never said anything, but it was quite noticable-and she was too NICE to approach the white males; the white males intimidated the daughter to the point of her having bad health and took the house at 2621 Walkertown Road, where a dentist put thier business, never been in the house; and CONFIRMATION is the sign across the street at the little shopping center that says, that it is a Re-? community-code that 'money being made is not to help black culture;

 

 

6.Huckabee at the Presidental condidates debate stated: the fed. gov. is involved in activitities that reach beyong the United STates Constitution-[note: the problem and the reason why white males not yelling about it, is because they are doing it to AFrican American[s]; not white people; but as soon as they finish with blacks, they will be starting on white[s] regardless of income level];

Donald trump said he was self made; black minister the same day/same radio station said, that God said we are "ONE" and need to work always as one; white male doctor[1340 am said, God wants you to take control of your life, and your health-point is that the two white males mindset-work and control your own life; black man-everybody got to work together as one based on GOD; two mindssets-one God tells man-CONTROL their own life; the other God tells the black man-he has NO CONTROL-everything is to be done with everybody else[gov. reservations] or nothing gets done;
