1. Caught ride to bank this morning;walked to Salvation Army-left copy of doctors note for L. Parrish/Tashina "that for medical conditiions that require adequate water for hydration and hygiene purposes that it is important for person to have ACCESS to clean drinking water and water for bathing."

Then went to Social Services where Walter marshall on "Board" to check on the request to have a new worker vs. "Ann" "PAUL";case worker was a hispanic Myrlena Palacios[after going there the last time and stood in line to avoid going to a hispanic-so the closed the "customer care" counter and changed the system-so that  person has to follow instructions; now they give people a ticket and have workers to call out the ticket number; when first arrived-lady asked my name-when I asked why, she said she was going to just put it on the form vs my putting my name on the form, which is the same thing that Myrlena Palacious did, wrote the reason why I came-so I marked out everything written for me  and wrote it myself along with the following notes:

A.The reason for visit: To check to see of food stamps recertified and if case worker was changed from Ann PAUL to another case worker;aslo put note that I did not write: to check on status of FSC recit; that M. Amaya wrote it-[which is wrong-that was the booth that Myrlena Palacious was in #5];

B. eople at front desk as Ms. myrlena do not allow people to write infor. They ask people questions and write for them; I would like to write my own statement. Thank you.[they do it as a form of harassment];

C. Message: Request is to have a new case worker other thatn Ann Paul because of investigation conerning "Paulette"[Walter Marshall's wife name] and threats associated with intimidation and the number "11" which am also requesting the date of the 11th for food stamps is also changed;

D. Please reply by mail!; and am requesting that new worker is NOT hispanic based on threats being investigated. Thank You;

Then walked to the Nelson Melloy library-African American neighborhood where went to computer # 2 to sit down and sign up when African AMerican female prostitute came and said you can't sign up for the computer-you have to go to sign in station first-which is a lie-have been to the library numerous times over the years and never had to sign in at the sign up stationl
