Based upon conversation with FCC concerning deleting of information; am requesting compensation for deleting of information on cell phone 336-000-0000;

The information on the cell phone was from over a year and half worth of acquiring information through texting/pictures/ and over 500 contacts of which there are external and internal costs, which include monetary costs of acquiring the information, the cost of the time in searching for the information, the efforts in acquiring the information;
The data protection act governs the protection of personal data; being that do not know what walmart employee did to phone
By information being blocked through the actions of walmart employee there was a privacy breach through not being able to access information on the phone which has caused unwarranted and substantial damage and distress being that the information can never again be obtained because there were over 150 pictures that captured moments in time for specific situations that can’t be captured again;
There was never any consent on my part for the walmart employee to remove/block data/information/text/pictures/contact information; and because of not being able to access the information which is necessary to validate part of ongoing situation that could possibly lead to substantial damage associated with financial or physical harm and cause a level of upset that could cause emotional/physical/mental pain that goes beyond annoyance or irritation;
Information is regarded as a commodity [like physical products at walmart] and the possession of it as an asset; to acquire/gather information requires capital investment and human labor and the information on the phone was concerning “familiar” situations which made it even more valuable;
Education of Information system[s] has been applied for years to obtain information through “anthropology” of which the information on the cell phone 336-000-0000 was a part of and am requesting compensation for the cell phone and the information/data that was on the cell phone; preferably through a walmart gift card the equivalent;
