1. Road the WSTA city bus to CRB library; upon coming up to CRB library-there was a sign posted :

"ALL COMPUTERS are temporarily down and the problem has been reported.  We apologize for the inconvenience."

Which I got a copy of the sign, with the CRB stamp; "ZACK"[white male] stated that the computers just went down-right before I entered the door;

2. Went to the Cook Flea Market on Patterson Ave, Winston-Salem, NC, where there were 3 African American vendors, about double that-whites and the remainder were hispanics;

3. List of stores visited the last few days where there were at least 90 to 95% hispanics, both making and spending "MONEY"- a person from a different city/state would have thought that the neighborhoods were 95 to 100% hispanics; two years ago or less-they were 95% to 100% African American[s]-both making and spending MONEY; the stores listed are basically in the African American neighborhoods:

1. Salvation Army, Peterescreek Parkway, Winston-Salem, NC;
2. Stores located in Parkway shopping Center, Winston-Salem, NC:
a. Compare Food Store;[http://comparesupermarkets.com/]
clientel99 to 98% hispanic-which is new happened within last couple of years-all of a sudden large group of ILLEGAL hispanicssoing at the store-what haen to the  85% african American[s] that use to shop at the store-which was called "LOWES" at the time;

Look at that Compare Foods even have a HIRING notice on their website:

Find Job Openings In Your Area. Apply For a Position Today![http://comparesupermarkets.com/]

Which at the time of being in the store; there were mostly hispanic cashiers/black male in management; whenever went in stores where most people were hispanic, noticed that the management almost followed around the store;

6. Cooks Flea Market,4250 North Patterson Avenue Winston-Salem, NC 27105;[http://cooksfleamarket.com/contact-us/];
7. etc.

All of which took pictures;

In fact the stores and places listed are places that use to shop at on a regular basis; but since SAM'S club secet members in authorized uniforms threaten confinement if honest income is made from honest work have not gone to stores;

From appearance, it appears that most of the stores that contain hispanics and where hispanics seem to have grown are the stores that use to shop at; almost as if continuing the abuse of hispanics when worked at hanes hosiery on hanes mill road where all African Amercans were removed from the dept. and replaced with hispanics, where authority vehicles use to be parked  outside of the building during work hours;

 4. Article located concerning "Trust talks" between authority and local citizens:

Winston-Salem Officials Soliciting Citizens to Participate in "Trust Talks"; ;

The Winston-Salem Polce Department is looking for people to participate in a program that is designed to help improve the communication gap that exists at times between law enforcement officers and the community

Winston-Salem pol-ce officers worked with community members to help solve problems in the neighborhoods during a "trust talk" session last year.

In 2012, officials with the city’s human relations department were approached by former Winston-Salem pol-ce chief Scott Cunningham to improve communication among law enforcement and the public and to help build a strong sense of community.

Three to four trust talks will take place in 2014. Community members and pol-ce officers will meet in small groups to work through areas that may need addressed, such as stereotypes, the role of race, and issues that may impede people from speaking with police about their knowledge of a crime or investigation.

The pol-ce department will then collect their suggestions and concerns and use the information as training tools for officers.

“Anytime that we can set down and talk is always a benefit for both sides. A lot of times there is mistrust because of a lack of information, so we can also get information out to the public. That is probably the best benefit, says Winston-Salem pol-ce chief Barry Rountree.

Rountree added, “It’s about like when people come in and they participate in the citizen pol-ce academy, because a lot of times it is a misunderstanding of the rules and laws, but once they understand the reason behind it, they understand why the officer didn't do x y and z, but did a, b and c.”

Wanda Allen-Abraha, director of the city’s Human Relations Department, is working with the pol-ce chief to make sure the applicant pool is as diverse as possible.[note:Wanda Allen-Abraha,=Afrcan American  prostitute in secret working for white males-who employees of the city of ws, nc kept trying to get me to go talk to=which was a set up];

“We ask participants very direct questions about barriers that they may see, and any concerns that they may have that are individual to maybe a sub- population. For instance, if we have people who are disabled in any way. We may have clergy, the elderly, the homeless or sex offenders there. It’s just various sub sets of the population who may have unique vantage points,” says Allen-Abraha.

Applicants must reside within the city limits of Winston-Salem and be at least 18 years of age. The first trust talk for 2014 will take place in the spring.

For more information, contact Pam Peoples-Joyner of the city's pol-ce department at 773-7962 or Jayme Waldeck of the Human Relations Department at 734-1228.

[Note: now someone is suggesting someone in their office, which something does not seem right to me; because  the city’s human relations department  told me they ONLY deal with housing descrimination, anything else is out of their jurisdiction[?]]
