Posted on blog article about "Deviance" [google]; which in the African American culture in Winston-Salem, NC, a deviant would be anybody who is not practicing ethnic intimidation, cultural transformation and forced assimilation-which means that in order to be a good upstanding AFrican American the person has to attack an African American who is not attacking AFrican Americans[sad]; and a deviant would also be any AFrican American who is not doing something illegal or immoral to earn money;
In the article "Deviance" the ex-mayor of Charlotte, NC, is accused of taking bribes[illegal for a mayor];which I also stated that the mayors illegal actions confirm what secret club members of ex-employer communicated that if honest work is obtained; then the threat of confinement, which was why started on line donation site at  Youcaring.com

Because of local communications the concept of deviant is being discussed in a v ery negative manner; thus upon looking up the definition of the deviant; the  word "Deviationism" was listed under the word Deviant[11th edition of the Meriam Websters Dictionary]; and the difinition was similar to difintion given by "dictionary.com

Ideas are suppose to flow freely in the United States and people aren't suppose to attack because of a different ideology as long as they are obeying the laws based upon the United States Constitution; and to prosecute based on "SECRET LAWS" is a violation of a citizen of the United States;
