As was leaving the Carl Russell Recreation Center-one of the employees stated that there were a little sad because one of their friends,"?Cannon" the mayor of Charlotte, NC had just resigned; said it was on the front pages of the Winston-Salem Jorunal [http://www.journalnow.com/news/crime/charlotte-mayor-resigns-accused-of-taking-bribes/article_0723a464-b50f-11e3-9d30-0017a43b2370.html] thus in his defense African Americans have to do something illegal to participate in making steady money; and the larger the amount of the money; the greater the illegal activity[which is why I am having to seek food almost on a daily basis because I keep trusing God that I can have money without it being illegal];

And the sad thing is that the African American male will take the fall for white males[that is why African American males are paid]; In the WS Journal it stated that  "Governor McCrory a  former Charlotte mayor, said he was saddened and angered by the charges. He said he had known Cannon's family for more than 30 years."But more than anything, my heart is broken for the city of Charlotte," McCrory said. "This is not the city that I know, served and love. This alleged behavior is inexcusable and cannot be tolerated."
McCrory's older brother Phil McCrory was a mentor to Cannon in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program. Their relationship grew into a strong friendship, according to Karen Calder, the group's chief executive. Cannon was even a groomsman in Phil McCrory's wedding."

All I know is that the "Ash Spill" by Duke  is code that the system to abuse blacks has a leak and the leak is in the DUKE system; and that[public knowledge] those in upper management want the cause of the leak to pay[WSJournal] and being that upper management is familar with Cannor [African American male] for over 30 years and connected so that  the statement  "McCrory, a former Charlotte mayor, said he was saddened and angered by the charges. He said he had known Cannon's family for more than 30 years." concludes that the concept of "ASH" must have been mention at least among white males as a code for African American[s]/blacks, being that McCrory has associated with "Cannon" for over 30 years; even if Cannon was not in the room; there had to be some form of understanding by "Cannon" that  when "ash" was spoken of; that it was in reference to AFrican Americans in a negative way;

Based on personal experience just because somebody knows a member of a family; it doesn't mean everybody is close; just that they are aware of each other, because I am not close with any of my siblings frineds; thus even though Cannon was a groomsman in McCrory's brothers wedding/ gov. McCrory may have not been that close; in fact Cannon could have just been tolerated by governor McCrory[might be why he is no longer Mayor of Charlotte and was set up];

While working with the undercover agents, Cannon touted his close relationship with Republican Gov. Pat McCrory and a trip to the White House to meet with President Barack Obama and other administration officials, the complaint said.


"The following statement,"Cannon ended the conversation by saying he looked good "in an orange necktie, but not an orange suit," according to the complaint." verify[s] African Americans concept of the color "ORANGE"; which questions the use of the color "orange" to paint the fire hydrants in some of the AFrican American neighborhoods in the city of Winston-Salem, NC; is that code that everybody that is living around/near/in the neighborhood where the fire hydrant is painted o"orange" suppose to be in a secret jail/confinement?


The statement,"But Michael Barnes, mayor pro tem, said he was worried about the fallout." verifies that African Americans are being treated like their ancestors before the civil war; Barnes is code name for treat African American[s] like they live in a barn;


With " the word CANnon" being code for "CAN" [guess do whatever they want [especially relating to AFrican Americans];


Most African Americans that are raised up have usually been the victim of something major and start to cooperate to stop the pain; because living as an African American who is not working in secret for white males in the United States is very painful; there are no nets or relief to stop the effects; thus the following statements "When he was 5, his father was found dead of a gunshot wound outside a vacant school. He was raised by his mother, Carmen, who worked on a truck assembly line. They lived in housing projects.
After graduating from South Mecklenburg High, he earned a degree in communications with a minor in marketing from historically black North Carolina A&T State University in Greensboro." verify the subcultural environment [projects]that breeded illegal activity [like the subcultural environament that Gwyndolyn Gwyn and her son who pulled a weapon on me came out of]
