The following statements from "Ciminal Investigation; 10th edition 2013;Ckhristine Hess Orthmann;Karen Matison Hess; p.180"; confirm the concept of "SECRET" people operating in the AFrican American community based up the concept of "INFORMANT" and all African American families that want to participate in the white male[s] system has to have an "informant" in their family; because I would not be an "informant" for/concerning the child that I raised [that went to A&T University; that was intimidated out of the ci ty of Winston-Salem];

Criminal Investigation; 10th edition; 2013;Christine Hess Orthmann; Karen Matison Hess; p.180"
"INFORMANT-anyone who can profice infor about a case but who is not a complainat, witness, victim or suspect. Informants may be interested citizen, individual with criminal records, suspects with pending records who are tyring to work off cases against them and people who seek to make MONEY{my cousin CANDY/sibling Cynthia} by providing infor and assistance. "Fever and Baker (2008) call CIs a dectectives best friend; "They act as eyes and ears. They serve as SECRET tipsters. They take the pol-ce by proxy to the dangerous and privileged places where badges cannot go.
