1. Have been in ICU because of starvation/lack of food; long story short have lived on the kindness of others who took mercy on me after the ICU [I see you] incident, therefore after applying for stamps[food] the repsonse was approval within 24 hours[and some people are really upset because not in starvation mode-they had to give me stamps[food] because of emergency medical situation;

2. The other thing is that Gwyndolyn Gwyns son [black]car and grandson[black trimmed in red] suv[along with the red broken VW] are in the driveway; the grandson's suv had a for sale sign on it on 2/16/15; now the grandson's suv is being "REPAIRED"; which am thinking that is based on getting instructions from the Today show[http://www.tv.com/shows/the-today-show/] where they showed that Willie and saVANah had a "CAR"lson [over the last of February and the first of March that stated that "WILLIE" and Sa"VAN"ah relationship are to be [lester]"HOLT"ed;[note: also had segment where SaVAN"ah was in bed with another female-code not only to stop Willie and Van's relationship but Van had to be  "Gay" to live and the Van I know says go to hell bastards[Psalms 55:15 Translations;king James Version (KJV)

3. After coming back home on 3/9/15, two BLACK males[four houses down on left side of street facing town] sat TWO white chairs [first time] facing my window and sat there for about an hour like they were watching/looking into window?]; after took out cell phone like was taking a picture-they moved their TWO white chairs?;

4. Thus since the [Isee You] incident-there have been major turnovers concerning the Fergurson, Mo, situation in which Eric HOLDER of the United States dept of Justice made an announcement and released a report

in which the Fergurson,Mo authorities were found to be guilty of:

Justice report finds systematic discrimination against African Americans in Ferguson

"A Justice Department civil rights investigation has concluded that the Ferguson Police Department and the city's municipal court engaged in a "pattern and practice" of discrimination against African Americans, targeting them disproportionately for traffic stops, use of force, and jail sentences, according to a U.S. law enforcement official briefed on the investigation."

There were emails found in which it was stated concerning "Obama becoming president" where the white authorities stated that white male authority was  "not to worry" because a black man never holds a "JOB" for four years [ which is true for the majority of African Americans[people want to know why blacks have to do illegal things][because they need money][and why it is easy to identify African American female prostitutes because when AFrican American female prostitutes work with white males-they are rewarded with not being attack and their family member[s]/johns they call husbands not being attacked] Because of fony allegations against me, which  I could never get addressed because  everybody that could address the fony allegations or do something about the fony allegations were paid to be part of the systemic abuses and everytime one of the bastards help the system they or one of their family members got rewarded for attacking me in some manner-socially, financially, mentally, emotionally [including personal family members-who usually were intimiated, or threaten  into submitting to what white male authority wanted done in my life;
Which Eric Holder stated that the AFrican Americans in Fergurson, Mo. were targeted to the point of destroying the African American[s] life;[Think if they haven't killed them-that all of the AFrican American[s] that previously lived in "ROLLAND HILLS" fit in that category[am sure that the African American[s] that lived there incase there is "money to be paid for suffering"  have been removed from "Roland Hills" and blacks that work in secret for white males have been moved in-that way white male authority  don't have to worry about the African American[s] they call "criminals" having money legally[would mean lost of control of AFrican American[s] lives-would mean that the AFrican American[s] not subserviant to white males would have "Freedom" to live without white males controlling their lives[which is usually suffering from some type of abuse designed by white males systems[notee:-all white males are not bad; but all white males who watch-especially if they can do/say something to interfene and stop bad white males are like the person who doesn't go in  the bank to rob it; but drives the car for the bank robbers];

For example-after the [I see you] incident the oldest family [who rides with TWO packages of brown paper bags on the floor of her car on the passagers side [which represents TWINS] member on my mama's side[of which my mama was participating also] stated to me-(after male [BILLy][recent retired authority][who is my cousin[s] neighbor] showed up in front of my cousin[s] house walking his daughter[s] pet dobermin pincher[sp] and came to the car and put his right hand over over my aunts heat) that she is just telling me "The TRUTH"-which is to her that "African American[s] have to be subserviant to "white males" is they want to live in peace while earning MONEY and not be attacked or have one of their family members attacked;[Note: not a coincidence that my cousin[s] neighbor is a "white male name BILLy"; nor is it a coincidence a "white male name BILLy" "PLUCK" delivers my mail; both "white males name BILLy" have skin heads[bald heads] and have a certain part of the club against African American[s] attitude[most people know it when they see it];

5. After being out of the house since Feb. 16, 2015 [day it snowed] until March 9, 2015 upon coming back to house and putting up food bought with ebt card, there were TWO big cans of TYson TUNA in the cabinets; when I left the house on 2/16/15-the two cans of tunna were not in the house-the bastards came in and put the cans of tuna in the cabinets-as threat-concerning the Fergurson, Mo. authority[which to me is a joke-because Winston-Salem, NC is the city that should be in the news-the problem is based on reading the US dept. of Justice website, is that the US Dept. of Justice can't assist anybody who is an "INDIVIDUAL" who is experiencing  being targeted by the authorities, which leaves that person basically out in the cold/having to fend for themselves, and which based upon "Redi" radio program [local station 980am] once the authorities target a person it makes no difference what the person does, because the authorities have a mindset that they are given towards the person, which the two white males ont he "Redi" program broke it down step by step on [3/10/14 @2:30am] of how the authorities think-to the point that if an innocent  one year old child is targeted by the authorities, the authorities would eventually put the one year old child on their list of being dangerous because the one year old child does not comply;


6. Of which as told someone recently and have posted on blog since 2006 and experienced today on the WSTA[ROBIN the driver] where authority vehicles appeared while on WSTA city bus?and whenever go into any grocery store[on the white side of town or the black side of town]-white male authority suddenly seem to have go out of their way [like walking way from one side of the store to where am getting a grocery item] to and as on Sat. at the Aldi's grocery story on-------, WS, NC a white female authority came and bumped my cart-then said excuse me-the other side of the isle was clear;m about three weeks prior had gone to the same Aldi's on --------------,WS, NC and had to use the rest room, left cart outside of the restroom door-when I came out the restroom, the grocery cart had been moved and the white male authority[fully dressed] walked across in front of me[like he had been waiting for me to come out of the bathroom-his name was PHIL];then before checking out of the store, he came and acted like he was going to cross in front of me, when I stopped my grocery cart-he told me to go ahead, which I did; then said-Thank you, Phil[which startled him because I called him by name-which he had on his name tag-which means he could be identified];[note: when WSTA supervisors saw the I was getting back on the same route[route 1] instead of another route-they switched the bus drivers for route11[ to another African American female][the doctors office changed my appointment so I did not have to go];

7. The other joke that the white male authority in Fergurson, Mo. had in their emails is that a Black female went to go have an abortion at planned parent hood and the white male authority said, Good! That is one more less "CRIMINAL" that we[white males] have to deal with[meaning that an African American not subservient to white males is automatically a "criminal"[before the African American is born] which is based on the "PREAMBLE" of the United States Constitution:

"We [meaning white male/ authority[in Fergurson,Mo. and Winston-Salem, NC and everybody who partners with white males in blocking,attacking, abusing African Americans]]the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense[attack of African Americans[and all persons of color not subservient/slave to white males], promote the general welfare[Jobs/stability for whites ONLY[and African Americans that help whites to attack, rob, abuse, kill African American[s], and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves[white  culture only] and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."

Note:Really- most African American[s] will NEVER recieve the benefits of the US Justice Departments findings that the Ferguson officiers routinely abused their authority and disproportionately targeted black[African American] citizens-the blacks who will recieve the benefit are those like Obama[with a white mama] and Opra [who is a prostitute in secret working for white males];

Note: just like Fergurson, Mo authority kept good records, so does all the other authority depts..-which they are very proud of the fact that they do their job of “targeting” African American[s];

Also notice on the "US Dept. of Justice" website that neither do they deal with anything that is associated with anything "criminal"-which concern for safety being that members of the local "SECRET" [gwyndolyn gwyn, ellen givens, "W.E." johnson, "WAY"mon and leona monroe, and the pinkney, boston] groups-follow instructions given;which boarder on situation similar to the three people who were killed over a parking space-in which James Taylor-has yet to give response to concern to him about my safety if city bin in front of house is removed-which did tell him that if city bin is removed- to the people who live around me- it is permission from the city to do whatever they want to me;

The Ferguson Police Department is not having a good week. On Monday, Justice Department officials provided an early peek at a new report that accuses Ferguson officers of routinely abusing their authority and disproportionately targeting black citizens. The Justice Department, which opened its investigation after a white Ferguson police officer shot and killed a black teenager last summer, says the discrimination was fueled in part by racial stereotypes held by city officials. Investigators say the officials made racist jokes about blacks on their city email accounts. ...

[O]ver the past two years, African-Americans made up about two-thirds of the city’s population but accounted for 85 percent of traffic stops, 90 percent of citations, 93 percent of arrests and 88 percent of cases in which the police used force.

Black motorists were twice as likely as whites to be searched but less likely to be found in possession of contraband such as drugs or guns.

One joke that was widely shared between municipal email accounts quipped that then-candidate Barack Obama would not remain in the presidency for long because "what black man holds a steady job for four years." Another popular joke spread by email said that black women who receive refunds for abortions get a credit from "Crimestoppers." These noxiously racist attitudes clearly carried over into the justice system. From MSNBC:

Blacks in Ferguson were 68% less likely than others to have their cases dismissed by the Municipal Judge and were disproportionately likely to have a warrant issued against them, according to the report. As recently as 2013, 96% of the people who were arrested on an outstanding warrant were black.

But even more than the treatment they received once stopped, the Justice Department’s report found that blacks were used in the criminal justice system to buoy the city’s economy and balance its budget. The practices uncovered by federal investigators have violated residents’ Constitutional Rights of due process and equal protection under the law.

The DOJ’s report found that blacks were also subject to unfair stops and arrest for minor offenses like “manner of walking” in a roadway.

As my colleague Josh Voorhees explained Monday, the Justice Department will likely use this report to pressure local officials to enter a “consent decree,” requiring them to cooperate with the feds to reform their practices. If Ferguson refuses to play nice, the Justice Department will almost certainly launch a federal civil rights lawsuit against the city.
