Road the WSTA to CRB library/2nd time today; bus driver "James"-AFrican American male "john"-went to Carver Road Christian church-attitude is working strickly for white male authority who had three types of authority vehicles parked on liberty street as people were boarding the buses-#1408, #62 or #82 or #92 [could not make out the first #] and an all black authority vehicle;
6. The letter referred to in #4 was sent from State of North Carolina/General Court of Justice [some of the names on the letter head-[William Z. Wood, Jr.(Senior Resident Judge][L. Todd BUrke(Resident Judge)]; [Ronald E Spivey(Resident Judge)][David L. Hall(Resident Judge)]] stated:
"On [date], we mailed you check number 000000 in the amount of $00.00. Our records indicate that this check has not been cashed. Please contact our office concerning this check or mail a copy of your driver's license to our office so that we can arrange for you to recieve the funds. If funds are not claimed within 30 days, they will be escheated to the North Carolina State Treasurer."
First have been to court jury before and never cashed the check; but never got a letter-the letter was sent as form of keeping the constant contact;

Went to the Social Security Office on LOCKLAND and link and across the street is the group of illegal "hispanic" building[s] that are working in conjunction with white male authority and hispanic gang member out of the Social Security office; took picture of a royal blue truck on 9th street and ?where white male[s] system[s] had blocked off, put a fence up and parked a ROYAL BLUE pick up truck in a parking lot and across the street on LOCKLAND and Silas Creek Parkway where a "MATTRESS" company is, there is ALSO a ROYAL BLUE pickup truck and when I came out of the Social Security office; there were a bunch of white males in city trucks parked on the corner where the ROYAL BLUE pickup truck was parked; across the street from the bus stop where WSTA #23 pick people up to take back to town is the "ERCU" [emergency RESPONSE credit union]=white male[s] only club-99.99999999% of the people who drive the ambulances,etc. are "white"; and beside the "ERCU" is the "KIA" [kil] car company; only people who get on the WSTA route 23 are usually AFrican American[s]=the entire flow of communication including the sign beside the "bus stop" sign at the empty car lot, says, don[done] BILL[dollars] USED[up] cars, in which there are no cars is a communication system of white male[s] killing AFrican American[s] and taking their DOLLAR BILLS through the use of hispanics at the SOCIAL SECURITY office;
