After sending last email [last week] about Gwyndolyn Gwyn and her son [car communications system where a [red VW] had been covered up as code that local authorities were in the process of covering up the twin issue, and abuse,etc.. and that Harwedo Coe [sp] computer person for the WSFC public library who had blocked me off of a website but had to unblock it had recently started coming to Carver Road and Reynold Branch Library[s] whenever I was there and it incident with Harwedo Coe and the Hispanic girl [Darlene];
Last week at the Carver Road Branch library, I asked for a copy of printout that showed what items I had out; Breanna[newly hired] said she could not do a print out; but Christine Mayhand said okay and printed out a copy of the computer screen; as a result; the paper says that there is an internet tilter and has date of 8/7/14 as the date that my account with the WSFC public library was created; and I have had ;my library account with the WSFC public library before at least 2003;

As a result of someone calling me; when it snowed Monday[3/3/13] I had to come back to the Reynolda Branch Library area and today 3/5/14 asked Jenny Barnett Boneno[sp] if she could answer questions about internet filters and account created date[s]; which she was trying to answer and stated that she needed to check with the “Tech”person [which Harwedo Coe suddenly appeared at Reynolda Branch and Carver Road Branch]but when Jenny Barnett Boneso realized that somebody had put “account created on 8/7/13” on my account instead of the original date[much ,much longer]; Jenny Barnett Boneno started trying to intimidate me; as if I don’t’ have the right to ask any questions concerning my library account at the WSFC public library;

Thus am sending a copy of the email Jenny Barrett Boneno, sent to me and a copy of the email inquiry sent to Jenny Barrett Boneno, Manager Reynolda Manor Library 2839 Fairlawn Dr. Winston-Salem NC 27106 336-703-2961

With the biggest point being that “ by changing the date that my library account was created” from reading the original date[before 2003] to 8/7/13 it makes it appear on paper as if I am a new patron at the WSFC public library-which is part of their system of coverup; which means they are probably in the processs of changing other dates connected with other agencies; Do have a copy of a letter from a WSFC public library security guard that he has observed my going to local WSFC public ibraries for at least ten or more years.

Note: Although I have never introduced myself to Jenny Barrett Boneno, she calls me by name as acts very familiar with me and very confidently;

Jenny Barrett Boneno, Manager Reynolda Manor Library 2839 Fairlawn Dr. Winston-Salem NC 27106 336-703-2961 RE: Forsyth nccardinal.org The inquiry was not about the date of a replacement card; the inquiry was about the date of a "new" account created for a new patron with the date of 8-7-13; it does not say renewal date; it says, "Account created on 8/7/13"and I know and you stated that I have had a library account with the WSFC library for much longer than 8-7-13; the account created date should read at least to 2003 if not before ,which is why the question "Why was the "account created have the date of 8-7-13 and not 2003 or before?"; In the conversation you made the statement,"That it does not matter"; and it does matter because that makes everything done/copied/emailed,etc. from/at/through the WSFC public libraries in Winston-Salem, NC prior to 8/7/13 a lie.

The other part of the inquiry was about an "internet filter"-what is it and how would and internet filter for an adult read or what would it look like?; You stated, that I have had a library card for a while"; and that "everyody's library card says new patron as of the February, 2014 because of the county wide change over." but when you checked your account, the date for when your own account had been created, you said that the computer said that you had been a library patron since 2007 and my question is why does the "account created" date for me say [8-7-13] which is at least ten years shorter than the correct original "account created" date when the original WSFC public library account was created? Being that you could not answer either question, you stated that you would have to ask the "Tech Person"; that she would know; and that you would check on how an internet filter for an adult would read because an internet filter is something that a parent would use for a child and you didn't know how it would read on paper for an adult;

I did check the "personal session manager" current access level as you suggested and it says,"least restricted ", which makes it even more confusing because recent information says otherwise.
