Duke energy harassment

Spoke to FTC after Duke Energy would not allow social agency to apply deposit money; because they have an energy protection issue=code that an African American is having victory over white male system of control concerning dating [Duke=guy who is a DUKE blue devil sports fan]= ENERGY PROTECTION ISSUE[=code-protect white males energy domination over African Americans energy]; have been talkingwith Duke Energy since first week of March, 2014 and nobody ever mention to me or to the person who was helping me at local social agency; in which there have been at least 10 conversations; but when person called Duke Energy and told them that they would pay the deposit; Duke Energy said thatthey couldn't[which is Duke Energy's way to block my have electricity at house]= punishment for not serving white males who are using electricity as form of controlling African Americans;
Thus looked up some of the preivous posts posted on blogs and posted below:
Sent following to FTC, who said that they would look into why Duke Energy had to do an investigation and would not accept the deposit; told FTC that had documented concern about walking to local library when Duke Energy trucks, etc. were in neighborhood;Also sent email with the following:

When T-- left, the light bill[DUKE Energy] went up; told C----- that when relative that was staying with me went to stay with another relative; that the light bill went up instead of down; and that after a bunch of hispanic[apprx. 28 or more] moved in house on Carver Road; that I called Duke energy and they told me that the light bill was $26.00; yet my light bill where there was less use, was higher;[2/7/14];
And upon returning to house[ there was posted a [LIGHTS WILL BE TURNED OFF]=? called Duke Energy and asked them if they were playing a joke because the lights were already off; female at Duke Energy said no it is not a joke; SOMEONE called and reported the lights were being used when then had been turned off; so they had to put a lock on the meter; have pictures of them just pulling up to the front of my house and just sitting; with big grins on their faces; a lot of it has to do with them trying to hinder a relationship with a guy who is a Duke fan; no response from the Duke customer service;[ 5/10/12]";

Waken this morning with Caucasion female standing at place[] looking at meter box; had ACCUR read on side of white truck; she was not in uniform; had shoulder length hair [yellow brown]; she could not get to meter box to turn lights on; so called DUKE energy; African American female customer rep. said that meters are read from electronic equipment;shortly after male of the larger society showed up; walked to same spot; looked at meter box; but could not access the meter box for Duke energy; then went back to truck; and then went to top of light pole to turn lights on; which is usally how Duke energy has turned the lights on and off WITHOUT coming onto the property;no one would call or come by; NOT to read the duke energy meter box; or to turn the lights on or off;[ 3/8/13];

The tree limb is what was left by DUKE ENERGY who was to trim the tree; but cut it in half; and before cutting asked them if they could leave one of the big limbs that had been on tree [apprx 30 years];duke energy left a limb, which fell so that when walk into or out of the house you walk into the limp tree limb;[3/13];

On on way to CRB library=DUKE energy truck pulled into driveway; white male got out of truck; walked across the street so as to walk in front of me; then walked back across the street; license #DW5583= number 55 and number 83 are years relatives were born in;[ 2/25/13];

Took TWO days [April/May 2013]to cut limbs off of tree=harassment
Workers for DUKE energy=left trash/ limbs on sidewalk; had to clear path for myself and put all the tree limbs that were in the yard on the curb, so they wouldn't have to come back in the yard.[didn't do any good=white male still walked up to the porch anyway [form of harassment]=all the tree limbs were on the curve.
Big as truck is; when I asked for a work order number; write information on piece of paper so I could call and get a work order number white male=don't have any paper;
When called duke energy EVERY customer service REP=would NOT let me talk to a supervisor; kept telling me they could call me back[control]; but that I couldn't call in and talk to the supervisor[5/30/13];
