1.Walked to "Carl" Russell recreation center; hispanic standing at 4936 Milton St.-no mailbox-also there to harass the African American male across the street who is a plumber who has helped a lot of African American[s]=and 4936 Milton is also on the street where Cynthia Nichols lives and has to walk pass 4936 Milton St. to get to her house and the way the hispanic was standing and attitude while standing in the garage under the house was one to intimidate-which the hispanics at 4936 Milton-part of the hispanic group that live on Carver Road 3720/3713; and the one who lives at 3720 or the next house Airport Road-of which African American male went to Congress to tesify about hispanic[s] killing Blacks and how the hispanics were murdering African American[s] and nothing was being done;
Do know that the hispanics in the Carver Road area are waiting for instructions from authoritites that it is okay for them to kill African American[s] in the Carver Road area to put hispanics over the African American[s] in the Carver Road Area; that is why Cynthia Nichols [in charge of food and was put on the intake desk]at Crisis Control Ministry to skipped over me and called a hispanic female with three children last week; which made me have to come back the 2nd day and then Tina Adkins informed me that had to go to the IRS before getting any more help-where at the IRS, use of authority with weapons to intimidate the African American[s] incase the AFrican American[s] want to challenge white males and their secret prostitutes to stop white males from robbing them[blacks]; all of the hispanics that have moved beside or across the street from African American[s] who were bought out by white males [working for white males in secret against African Americas]are threats that if the blacks speak up about what white males are doing to AFrican American[s] that the hispanics will attack them; thus either they[so called black leaders=Burke/Martin/Marshall-don't know where he lives but bet he has a hispanic living across the street, or beside him or a newly positioned hispanic to intimidate him or female prostitute Paula/Pauline/Paulette]

The AFrican American male clerk who answered the phone at NTB stated that he was sorry but that the NTB does not deal with such issues and that going tot he NTB website may answer more questions;
