1. Road the WSTA city bus to CRB library; on 9/28/15 message sent by time warner cable to pay bill; which have no service with time warner cable-time warner cable keeps sending bills in the mail which have copies of with another persons name on them; time warner cable is participating in system[s] of robbery/abuse of African American[s];

2. When got off of WSTA city bus; authority vehichle[new kind/black and white drove past as was getting ready to cross the street;

3.Came into the CRB library and the book "The Scam" was laid down; and two other books were standing  in front of/at the security guards[Carl Lowe the communist desk];

4. Saw DVD  "Die Hard"[Die Hard (1988) and Die Hard 2 (1990)];[1991 was when brother Curtis was "MURDERED"];

[note: Notice the building[how it looks like there are TWO buildings that are bunring;Wolrd trade center/TWIN Towers] and Die hard was made in 1988-,13 years prior to September 11, 2001;[coincidence]=13years];

In the DVD, Die Hard,POWELL kills the terror-st, who is a WHITE male; CARL is the name of the terror-st; and in realisty,"Carl" the communist security gurard and group are the terror-st are the ones trying to stop "AL" from killing the[white male[s]] "JOHN system];;, which is why  CARL the communist  security guard was stationed at the CRB library; where "AL" sometime[s] goes; not to mention possibly, powell;

Also note that Carl was the name of Reginald VelJohnson on "Family Matters"[1988] who played the role of "AL" POWELL in movie Die Hard[1988]like code-"AL" Powell is not dying, or will have to do the other "DIE HARD"; and also note that Carl was terror-st in movie[1988] "DIE HARD"; and
 

First episode date of FAMILY MATTERS: September 22, 1989[done almost a year later as if  each episode is to tell "CARL" the communist what is happening with "AK" Powell  and what he is to do on a weekly basis'

Thus when saw "CARL"  [the communist security guard]at the WSFC 5th Street Main Library and he kept going out of his way to cross  my path to intimidate, I started to go out of my way to not encounter "CARL" [the communist security guard], which at the time did not know he was a communist, or why he was harassing me-still don't;so stop going to the WSFC main library then approx. a year later; the WSFC 5th Street main library closed and who came to the CRB library,"CARL" the communist secuirty guard, with the SAME attitude/concept; going out of 
his way to cross my path to intimidate; and when the 5th street main library[Silvia Hamlin and crew ] sent "CARL" [the communist securityguard] to the CARVER ROAD BRANCH LIbRARY, they began togive him instructions based on tracking system, which first was to let CARL-the security guard communist know that people had been told of their/his intentions and to back off;

Last week "CARL"  the  communist security guard was  told operate the "SCAM"[book lying down];Today "CARL" the communist security guard instructions are to operate [based on two standing books :"MURDER" House and SHADOW PLAY

[Note:took pictures on 9/29/15 of white chrystler car parked in front of house and the white chyrstler was also parked in front of black[mazda?]that was parked in front of "Shirley" house; both the white  chyrstler and the black [mazda]? stayed parked for about four to five hours; and while they were parked, a big white pickup truck backed into 3713; then a black car?[older model-2000] pulled in behind the big white pickup truck; while the white car that Gwyndolyn Gwyn and group park in front of mailbox stayed parked at the front of the Gwyns driveway to the left[facing east];
