This is in references via phone calls:

1.Grey [acts friendly] pit bull lose on street in Carver School Road area[10/6/15];

2. Concern because there were two pit bulls who were tied up by Tereasa and Carver
School Road[8/2015][they had broken the hand rails they were tied to; when the two pit bulls were removed;

3. Then, in the appx. the 3900 block of  Carver School Road hispanic got 4 pit bulls in yard;[which made it difficult to walk to the CRB library][8 to 10, 2015];

4. In the 4300 block of Carver School Road apprx. two months prior or more hispanic males tried to intimidate me from walking to the CRB library[4310 Carver School road][?][two Hispanic family moved into the two empty houses at about the same time;

5.In the 3900 block of Carver School Road, new set of hispanics just moved to the corner of Carver School Road and Butterfield;

6. At 3120 Airport Rd,hispanic male has been in house for apprx. a year and sits on his porch and observes the African American[s] as they come and go in and out of the neighborhood with Carver School Road and Airport Road being one of the main entrances to and from the Northwood estates neighborhoods, which has been 99.99% African American;

[commercial says, If you see something that is unusual and not normal for your everyday, say something, hispanic[s] are not my everyday];

7. One day last week went out and about in Winston-Salem, NC and everywhere went there were Hispanics; which has been apprx. three months with the exceptions of a few since last visited:

a. Save a Lot-Parkview shopping center;[Sprague];

b. Save a Lot-[Peterscreek Parkway];

c. Cooks Flea Market;[Patterson Ave.];

d. Quality Education Institute[Carver School Road];

e. AT CRB library, on Sat. [10/3/15] Two Hispanic children sitting on both sides of me at computer;

f. At T-mobkile on Reynolda Road-a hispanic Cynthia/nice nasty attitude was salesperson;

g. On 10/2/15 over the phone, hispanic male activated phone, but wanted my social security number before he would activate the phone, when I refused, he activated the phone;[called T-mobile and they said that a person does not have to give their social security number to have a phone activated and that all calls are recorded];

Of which it was stated that the hackers are from outside of the company, but the hispanic was working for T-mobile;

 And since first speaking to you, have had three phones, the first phone had over a year and half of information of pictures/voicemail/texts that was taken; the second phone had a month and half of pictures/voicemail/texts of which there is a video of hispanic manager at McDonalds on Akron Drive who would not give be back my right change; he kept intentionally putting the incorrect change on the my tray while the other hispanics stood around and laughed;

 And just bought the third phone, where the Hispanic asked for my social security number before he would activate the phone, which is connected to personal “IDENTITY”; like a “mailbox”, where Gwydolyn Gwyn’s son knocked down my mailbox,  put up another mailbos with my address on it without my permission and then pulled a weapon on me as I was trying to put my original mailbox that  was knocked down; [Identity Theft];

h. No pictures, text messages of  the second phone transferred to the third phone, EXCEPT, the phone number of a few people, one being the cousin who cut my grass on or about Sept.18,2015; thought it interesting  that only a few phone calls transferred vs. all of the phone calls and pictures;

Am concerned because the hispanics that have moved into the Carver School Road area has/is intimidating to the point that those in the 3700 block[beside Cookie] watch the WSTA city bus stop in the evening, which did call the WSTA city buses;

Would appreciate information not being shared until inquiry’s about the car washing business complaint in residential area and issue of Gwydolyn Gwyn[s] son pulling a weapon on me are complete;
