 Point is that Duke Energy is using EP[?] to flag accounts of African Americans[ASH] who are not practicing "Deference"

In the Winston-Salem Journal; the title reads "SHAREHOLDERS WANT ANSWERS"

The answer is that the "coal ash spill" is code that there are some African Americans who are not cooperating with system of "Deferemce"-which is why Duke Engergy put a EP flag on account[s] where African  Americans are to be put through EXTRA harassment, intimidation, abuse and threats to make them get in line with system of "Deference" operated in African American system;

 note: white male that wears Duke hat sat beside me; I moved, then he got off of computer and move to computer beside me; also black couple with twin girls walked past me on Carver Road; then came to Caver Road Branch library standing outside in front entrance of library[twins name Zoie and Zamba[?]=harassment;

Am sending couple of prior documentation of concerns associated with  Duke Energy situation:
 
"Would appreciate your asking them not to attack any of my family members;
 
When T-- left, the light bill[DUKE Energy] went up; told C----- that when relative that was staying with me went to stay with another relative; that the light bill went up instead of down; and that after a bunch of hispanic[apprx. 28 or more] moved in house on Carver Road; that I called Duke energy and they told me that the light bill was $26.00; yet my light bill where there was  less use, was higher;[2/7/14];
 
 
And upon returning to house[ there was posted a [LIGHTS WILL BE TURNED OFF]=? called Duke Energy and asked them if they were playing a joke because  the lights were already off; female at Duke Energy said no it is not a joke; SOMEONE called and reported the lights were being used  when then had been turned off; so they had to put a lock on the meter;  have pictures of them just pulling up to the front of my house and just sitting; with big grins on their faces; no response from the  Duke customer service;[ 5/10/12]";

The response: can't copy; but portion stated that: Will request EP flags to be taken off account and schedule reconnect for 5/2; today is 5/3/14[?]; that consurer states this is the first time she's heard of any Ep charges on account;[that should read for April of 2014];also was stated in report that "hopefully consumer will call again PRIOR" to 'RECONNECT"[ which means that the analyst was sure that lights would be on by 5/2/14[ and was at house all day long on 5/2/14];
