Thank you for everything; and after this email hopefully you will understand the dilemma associated with accessing help from “other agencies in town”;

You wrote:

1. First, will start with the fact that the new chancellor at WSSU [where graduated in 2006 with honors] that was selected on 9/26/14 name is ROBINSON [Elwood];

2.Second, there was an editorial in the Winston-Salem Journal on the “Opinion page”, titled, Latest incident calls for reform; Mentally Ill inmates”; page A12; 9/30/14; which stated:

“Before being driven to the hospital, Kerr was being held in "disciplinary segregation," or solitary confinement. According to Venuti, the internal report left unanswered key details about the circumstances leading to Kerr's death, including when he last had access to food and water;

3. Today in the Winston-Salem Journal front page is article: “Woman admits taking $531,675”[longtime employee of real estate company sentenced to prison; the woman’s first name is Angela;[this is after a relative whose wife is name Angela invited family members [specifically me]to their house;[family members are intimidated anytime they come around me];

4. Two days after leaving information at Highland Presbyterian; a message was left on my door knob for a GEORGE Smith by the local authorities; with GEORGE  being code for MONEY; [no physical GEORGE lives at my house; there is a GEORGE that lives there as it relates to when restoration for abuse/killings/robbery by abusers are revealed=GEORGE[Washington]on the dollar bill;

5. To summarize relating back to #1 the fact that the new chancellor at WSSU is name ROBINSON coincides [based on local code] with the ROBIN   that drives the WSTA city bus; the ROBERT  that was placed at the 2^nd floor business desk on 5^th street[which is where the guy who is suppose to be my husband started going to be around me; I stop going because of his being attacked]; some days everybody encounter the names are ROBERT,ROBIN, ROBINSON, ROBERTO, ROBERTA;-which are code names for ROBBERY;

In which the entire system of  robbery is based off of misinformation;[such as the Salvation Army telling me that they could not give me any food on 9/23/14 because they had packed up all the food; they had not heard them packing up can foods on the other side of the door];

A person cannot obtain what belongs to them if they are given misinformation;

The moving of the Winston-Salem 5^th Street Library is based on basically destroying the system that guy who is suppose to be may husband created, so he can see me sometimes; I saw him on the bus stop;he rode the bus with me down town; about a minute after he got off of the bus a “prison” truck drove past; and originally it was the authorities who would drive past; [system design to rob of relationship/marriage];

6. Which leads me to the crux of the problem; PARTNERSHIP;

[http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/partnership];  PARTNERSHIP means participation; and in my particular case; because my ex-employer [who threaten me with confinement if I do honest work] is in partnership with the businesses in the Winston-Salem area; then the businesses in the Winston-Salem area that partner with my ex-employer are and do also participate in ex-employer[s] objectives [some knowingly]of blocking access to honest work and money; For example: Originally the Salvation Army told me that they could not help me because I had no income; had to write to the national Salvation Army office to ask them to intervene; all of the local social agencies do not have national offices ;

Along with defining the term “PARTNERSHIP”; the word TURN came up; [http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/turn][to cause (something or a side of something) to face an opposite or different direction]; which is in the process of happening even now:

As hard as I seek honest work, to live around decent people; and to live right to live a wholesome life; the situation is TURNED to the opposite, such as the 5^th Street WSFC Public library closing; which the guy who started going to the 5^th Street WSFC Public library has already been threaten to not come to the CRB library; so he will not come to the CRB library; to send him in the opposite direction[he is trying to figure out why he can’t be with me[threats of confinement when he comes around me];

Anything and everything I do is knocked down because  a bunch of people who operate in secret try to force me to join them; and because of not joining/participating with their secret group  they constantly threaten, intimidate, abuse, rob, etc.; their objectives and abuse are associated  connected with the people who knocked down the twin towers [World Trade Center] ;

Bottom line is some of these other agencies in town, truly  donot do good work for some people, and are a source of “tremendous robbery” for countless folk that do not join their secret group. And the people that are being abused and turned away have no support so that the abuse, robbery of rights provided through the law, church for people in the community does not happen through them[local agencies] and it is no coincidence that the Salvation Army  and the 5^th Street WSFC Public Library [where large majority of African American[s] who have no money go] are both  making major moves within a month of each other; it is the beginning of the same old system of robbery of African American[s];

For the record I have not given the right to use, abuse, or rob me of my life, nor will I ever agree to be part of any research;

Unfortunately, or fortunately the election of the new chancellor at WSSU name [ROBINSON] is code to the local social agencies to ROB  African American[s] to [TURN] them from accessing and having MONEY; to exploit situations;

Thus my dilemma is locating social agencies that will not exploit plight of no income other situation[s] being that most of the local Winston-Salem agencies encountered are in PARNTERSHIP  with ex-employer and strive and enjoy participation in the exploitation system; while am concerned about the local social agencies participation in exploiting and abusing situation[s], still seeking a way out of from their abusive system[s] to TURN situation into a permanent negative situation so that it all TURNS into a good situation;

To include also the TURN local Winston-Salem Chronicle in early January or February 2014 had “ads” which sent message and “encouraged” the local people in the PATTERSON area to shop in stores near them[that is part of that turning];

I am tired of being ROBBED[of what belongs to me] and having what belongs to me BLOCKED because of not joining a bunch of legalized thugs, do not want to end up like the guy who had no water or food[close to it][the newspapers are in PARTNERSHIP];

Everywhere I go am approached/threaten/intimidated by those working for secret system;

I  can earn my own money; sell candy apples and popcorn; I do not have a judicial system to compel compliance with the laws that protect my rights;[especially since the local attorneys,etc. are in PARTNERSHIP with local agencies];
