Road the wsta route 96 to the Carver Road Branch Library; the lime bus stop sign is down, which has been knocked down for about two months now; the bus drivers say that they have told the wsta bus station; about three days ago-one of the bus drivers-African American male asked, "They haven't put the bus stop sign back up yet"; originally whoever took the sign; then they brought the sign back and laid it on the ground-either way the message from those who operate the wsta buses is the wsta does not recognize the bus stop; there is no bus stop; which is suppose to be code that there is no African American neighborhood to anybody who gets on route 96 at that bus stop; they have sent the same message before when they moved the bus stop across the street in front of Mr. Harvey's store; and then put a hole in the street with city equipment, then about six months later came back with city quipment to fix it-after they put up the new wsta rte #1 bus stop;
After got off of route 96 in which did not sit down-there were white people all over the place; so I just stood up; guess should say today is a "MONEY" day=24th=2+4="6"; Saw on late night talk show where the host-white male-asked the question-"What's going on Donald; how did you end up at table "6" at your own Superbowl party:

Was on the corner of Cherry St. and 5th St. waiting for wsta rte #89; called to check if it had left; the same short dark skin black guy at wsta windo who was told about the hispanics bothering me when had to go to the emergency room- answered the phone, gave me the time that route 96 was suppose to come; which was 8:30am-I was trying to get to the doctors; at 8:40am called again and was told that the bus for route #89 had already left and went past 5th and Cherry; told them that was a lie; that I had been looking for the bus, since 8:30am;gave them the numbers of the buses that had already made the right hand turn off of 5th street onto Cherry St. where the restuarant"Small Batch" had a "city beat" beside their building[suppose to be symbolic of the city beating whoever makes that right hand turn; and people could not go "straight" because the city had 5th street blocked off; in which channel 8 news did a story about "WHY was 5th Street still blocked off months overdue to be re-opened"; the person speaking made up excuse that well it is about doing the work to have the convention center looking good for the citizens:

"Because of the upgrades happening on the second level of the center, Fifth Street, one of the city's main roads in downtown, has been shut down between Cherry and Marshall streets since October 2016;The road was scheduled to reopen in January 2017, barring construction delays. Due to construction setbacks, the road is now estimated to reopen in April and the renovations to be completed in May.
