Hello Deanna.

The Winston-Salem Sanitation team of Compliance Officers conduct daily patrols of city streets to verify compliance of approved ordinances. Documentation of a random selection process does not exist given an officer’s typical day involves investigating inquiries and patrolling their assigned territory. Once an officer has completed a full round of their assigned area, they continually start their patrol over using discretion to insure the entire area is covered. The time needed to complete a full turn of an officer’s area depends on work volume, weather and other assignments and meetings.

Department supervisors and managers spot check the quality of an officer’s work by visiting neighborhoods and reviewing documented citizen encounters to insure all citizens are treated with the same professionalism, dignity and respect.

 Where it is evident that the City of Winston-Salem, NC is using and encouraging the use of technology; so why is Mr. R---y -----n so eminant about my calling and my speaking "directly" with him?;

Part of the answer may lie in the fact that at Carver Road Branch Library,

upon walking into the library, there were approx 25 to 30 people who were present for the signing of book "troublemaker" by Hickman-which is code to those at the Carver Road Branch library that the African American they have been paid to harass, intimidate, is not co-operating [accepting white males view of them

 or accepting white males robbing, stealing from them] so based upon white males system[s] of ethnic intimidation=treat person as a "troublemaker";

Which based on R---y -----n's last paragraph the word"again" could be considered the equivalent of when Gwendolyn Gwyn son pulled weapon on me =[a threat]=which being that as Mr. R---y -----n had in one of emails:

"City of Winston-Salem-ONE team-committed to excellance"-which goes beyond the city of Winston-Salem to those who intimidated relative that went to A&T state Univeristy out of the city of Winston-Salem=threat=picture of little black girl on billboard on 311; that coincides with Tyree's Tshirt-"NEW YORK-2= the "again"=threat to relatives=if anything happens=R---y B-----n-connected;
