On 7/14/14 posted blog about  "Is SWAT being used properly? " an article on the front pages of Winston-Salem Journal, which there was a map that showed where the "swat" team had been used, which based on quick observation of map was basically in AFrican American neighborhoods;

GREENSBORO, N.C. — It will be water, lights and people out of the Heritage House condominium complex on July 30

"Heritage House has also been a spot of continuous complaints about drugs and other criminal activity. Police and emergency workers visited the complex 2,860 times from June 2013 to June 2014." and the reason why the Heritageis to be closed is because those who have visited 2,860=JOBS,JOBS< and more JOBS, and if there is something happening so that those who have  visited for 2,860 times will have to stop=means that something new has to be developed so close "heritage house"=code=for African American heritage= close to block heritage to good growth;"

 

 

With the focus being that African American heritage is be boldly attacked  by white male system and that the code being used is for "heritage house" to be torn down;[and if heritage house is torn down=African Americans will not have access to anything, and I mean anything dealing with access to uplift, develop or help the African American culture/heritage to progress=] with the word and concept of  "heritage house" being cue to block African American's heritage;

 

 

 

And confirmation of system being developed to attack the African American heritage is "Winston-Salem City Link" changing thier hours from 7am to 7pm, in which there is a recording that immediately states that the local authorities will handle ALL  emergencies[which means do not call "Winston-Salem City link"[because the LINK is being closed/shutdown], which means an increase in the number of calls to local authorities and therefore  sn increase in African Americans going downtown, not for enjoyment; but so that the increase in calls to local authorities will look similar to the statement made about "Heritage House":

Since there will be no city link to call after 7pm Monday through Friday there will be a lot of people calling local authorities, which leaves African Americans seeking someone to compell compliance with the laws of the United States to protect their rights;[note: African American female prostitutes[male and female] would be allowed to have some of their rights protected; which leaves out the vast majority of African Americans with no where to turn;

[note: 311=3K's=KKK=African American neighborhoods surrounded by black KKK's who are paid to commit ethnic intimidation for white males]

 

 

 

Confirmation of intention to block African Americans heritage=especially AFrican American women-usually street closings and blockings are used to communicate to city workers/secret club how to treat African Americans not in white males secret club:

 

"Miller Street will be closed to through traffic between Cloverdale Avenue and Queen Street on Monday, July 28, to connect a water line. Also starting Monday, Maplewood Avenue will be closed to through traffic between Miller and Melrose streets for about two weeks to install a new water line. With the DUKE energy "ash" spill being code that somebody knows that white males at Duke Energy are spilling abuse/threats/harassments in AFrican American neighborhoods, note: along with the fact that Duke energy communicated to secret group to locate whoever is spilling the "ash"[telling about abuse of African Americans by white male workers at Duke energy];

 

 

The swat team used in African American neighborhoods, Winston-Salem city link closed during evening hours of unrest,heritage house being closed with DUKE Energy helping in the closing process[everybody knows a little of something is better than nothing], with Duke Energy "ash" spill being the start  of the process to hinder "ash", I mean African Americans from accessing the good side of their heritage like when there was a  "Black Wallstreet";

 

 

To be fair, the swat team is not just used for African  American neighborhoods, members also address African Americans[nonviolent] on an individual basis to intimidate from accessing their rights and privileges based upon the United States Constitution;  [which I have blogged about the fully dressed authority that appeared as I walked down fourth street, which I posted a similar picture of an authority dressed for combat] 

 

 

Picture of 4th Street where rich white people go; local African Americans who ride WSTA or who are not a part of the secret group are met before they reach 4th street and inimidated to change their route off of 4th street[have blogged about before];

 

 

Note: Wake Forest University is part of secret group that gives lifetime warning tickets to African Americans not a member of secret group; with Wake Forest University specializing in stopping AFrican Americans from progressing in through their heritage and culture and having African Americans progressing through Wake Forest University's "cultural transformation process"=Myia Angelou;
