Called City Link/Winston-salem NC and asked who do I call if the local authorities will not respond to issue about safety and talked to TWO city link workers, one name "Melody"[08746] who offered all of the normal suggestions incuding getting legal help-which told her that members of sam's secret club dressed in authority clothes threaten confinement if use two degrees to earn an honest living, which then Melody suggested "legal aid", which told her that it is really strange it is like every time any issue comes up, it is ALWAYS something that legal aid does not do-almost like they know what they are doing; and then she suggested internal investigations of the depts. by the depts=JOKE;also asked about who is in charge of the WSTA board; Melody stated that Robert Garcia [hispanic bastard]:

Then Melody transfered me to Sophia/supervisor-African American female= lot of wispering-long story short told her about he black truck with the black horse trailor that as parked in front of the nurses house-the code-threat to child they stole-if told that white male authority [hide the bury/court] killed cousin who work in Winston-salem joail to force me to be around cousin whose daughter is being held hostage and who had 4 hispanic children in order to force me around hispanic so I could not call and complain about the intimidation of the hispanics on Carver Road and while at the same time stealing my hertitage/wealth from me=the white male system forced my cousin out of the Carver Road area-they use to live up the street and around the corner from me; and put his sibling who dd not get along with me in the Carver Road area as harassment/intimidation-all so white malesd culd control my and my cousins relationship; the reference number that Sophia/supervisor gave me was 424-261; and did explain about conern for safety; twin issue; gwyndolyn gwyn son pulling weapon on me; that PP-JOYNER of the WSPD had not responded back to call-just that they killed my cousin KANDY; Sophia/supervisor stated that she would call PP_JOYNER and pass on request for results of inquiry to be mailed; and was told by both that the city of WS,NC is not obligated to pass on anything concerning person's concern for their safety or any other manner=permission to kill what needs to be killed
