1.Road WSTA to CRB library-WHITE female with lime green-sanitation jacket driving bus-authority vehicle showed while waiting for bus, after got on bus authority vehicle[different kind] drove around the bus; and white  female was harassing an African American male bus rider-"this is the END of the line"; which have never heard any of the bus drivers say before;

Upon coming into the CRB library- white male in wheel chair came out of his way to touch me while standing at the counter;Shey and Melissa Williams both watching-neither said anything;

Heard on one of the radio stations[white male] state that some people like the guy who flew the plane into the mountain top do not need to be pilots; just like some people do not need to be bus drivers; or working in authority;

Of  which before coming to the CRB library called city link[727-8000] and asked where would a person call if they were experiencing the type of situation similar to the blacks in Fergurson, Mo.  The response from "ANN"-new stated, "you should call the non-emergercy pol-ce number"; I said, "so I am to call the same people who are the ones that are doing it?" and "Ann" said "yes"; I j ust hung up the phone;

With confirmation of the fact that African American[s] still need to be in the street because there is still no one to address their being abused and as one of the people at a local meeting in "Greensboro, NC" stated, there have been meetings in the past with the authorities and nothing happened" and one stated "been there, done that"; The name of the article is "New Chief wants more dialogue" by Yasmine Regester in the Carolina Peacemaker;front page.The point is the article verifies that African American[s] throughout the United States are not seeing any difference or the difference is that there is more suttle type situation[s] and more like the African American[s] that are complaining are being redirected to a secret area where the situation is not recorded, no records kept;

2. The big issue about the bill that was passed that is accused of discrimination against gays getting married is there for the purpose of communicating to jamie that what males working on making him normal in white male society for working in secret for white males;

The hosts of the Reid radio show confirmed blog posts that people are punished if they don't do as told by authority and those working in secret for authority; "They punish a person if they do not wagree with what they are doing[even if it is wrong] or if the person does not do as told or celebrate what  is being done wrong  and they try to force the person to participate with what they are doing, even if it is wrong", which confirms posts on blogs about punishment for not joining their secret group;

Gwynoldyn Gwyns son who pulled weapon on placed royal blue bin close to mail box as harassment [after I changed the decorations on door from RED to blue-had a red bow on door-everybody in neighborhood got new RED vehicles-shirley got a new RED car; the house where the NURSE got a new RED truck and in  gwyndoloyn gwyns driveway the broken RED VW had been uncovered; so I took the RED bow off of my door and putsomething up in the blue family color and gwyndolyn gwyns son who pulled weapon on me got mad because everybody had the color RED to communicate about what was suppose to be happening to/with me; but I changed the colors-which meant whatever they communicated had nothing to do with me and gwyndolyn gwyns son put the royal blue bin by the mailbox I put up after he knocked it down as way to communicate to group to recycle];

3. Accidentally called Dameon Saunders Pratt [was calling another city office and got his office] in which
he gave me the right phone number to where I was trying to call; and then asked him his title, what he was responsible for[which explains where the fake warrent may have come from]; which he told me what he did; then I asked him what should a library patron do if there was a situation like in Fergerson, Mo. where a library patron had been targeted by library staff and could not get issue resolved; long story short, not matter how I put the situation Dameon Saunders Pratt response was that it could not be solved;

Called the United States Sept. of Justice and asked to speak with a person who was connected to the Fergurson, Mo. incidents of where blacks had been targeted; the result was that I was hung up on by African American females[older] and called almost two days before accessing a name; who was not in and only could leave a message on an answering machine?; when I called, I asked if there were someway for me to connect my issue with the targeted people's issue in Fergurson, Mo. because the United States Dept. of Justice[] does not help individuals or help in criminal cases[?]; and it was almost as if someone does not want individual African Americans to seek help addressing the targeting issue associated with targeting issues related to blacks being targeted;[and all of the listed agencies refered that are helping in the Fergurson, Mo situation-All acted as if they did not have a clue to what was talking about; and were not helping in that situation];

There is an article, "Counting the  "Victims" of Pol-ce Violence"  in "the Carolina Times" by Jazelle Hunt[NNPA Washington Correspondent] and in the article it states how authorities abuse of African americans as well as African american[s] abuse of authorites is not recorded and that there is not a stable system to record either; and as reading the article it states that the crimes against African American[s] by authorities has lessened since the Fergurson, Mo. riots; and it lists websites that are now trying to keep up with the incidents where unarmed blacks are killed by authorities, which is really all good; but the article as with the public social situations did not address the millions of African American victim[s] associated with "target" issues in the African American neighborhood and lot of times not by white male authority; but by white male[s] prepertrating a fraud[like they were hired to do a job but in actuality their job is to harass a specific African Americans at their home/on their way to/from work/at grocery store, shopping/vacationing] there was no mention of the  millions of African Americans  who suffer, suffering or who will suffer [especially if Ted Cruz is elected]from the "EFFECTS OF BEING one of the  "targeted" African American[s] who is invisable to the system";

Justice report finds systematic discrimination against African Americans in Ferguson

"A Justice Department civil rights investigation has concluded that the Ferguson Police Department and the city's municipal court engaged in a "pattern and practice" of discrimination against African Americans, targeting them disproportionately for traffic stops, use of force, and jail sentences, according to a U.S. law enforcement official briefed on the investigation."

After being out of the house since Feb. 16, 2015 [day it snowed] until March 9, 2015 upon coming back to house and putting up food bought with ebt card, there were TWO big cans of TYson TUNA in the cabinets; when I left the house on 2/16/15-the two cans of tunna were not in the house-the bastards came in and put the cans of tuna in the cabinets-as threat-concerning the Fergurson, Mo. authority[which to me is a joke-because Winston-Salem, NC is the city that should be in the news-the problem is based on reading the US dept. of Justice website, is that the US Dept. of Justice can't assist anybody who is an "INDIVIDUAL" who is experiencing  being targeted by the authorities, which leaves that person basically out in the cold/having to fend for themselves, and which based upon "Redi" radio program [local station 980am] once the authorities target a person it makes no difference what the person does, because the authorities have a mindset that they are given towards the person, which the two white males ont he "Redi" program broke it down step by step on [3/10/14 @2:30am] of how the authorities think-to the point that if an innocent  one year old child is targeted by the authorities, the authorities would eventually put the one year old child on their list of being dangerous because the one year old child does not comply;

Of which as told someone recently and have posted on blog since 2006 and experienced today on the WSTA[ROBIN the driver] where authority vehicles appeared while on WSTA city bus?and whenever go into any grocery store[on the white side of town or the black side of town]-white male authority suddenly seem to have go out of their way [like walking way from one side of the store to where am getting a grocery item] to and as on Sat. at the Aldi's grocery story on-------, WS, NC a white female authority came and bumped my cart-then said excuse me-the other side of the isle was clear;m about three weeks prior had gone to the same Aldi's on --------------,WS, NC and had to use the rest room, left cart outside of the restroom door-when I came out the restroom, the grocery cart had been moved and the white male authority[fully dressed] walked across in front of me[like he had been waiting for me to come out of the bathroom-his name was PHIL];then before checking out of the store, he came and acted like he was going to cross in front of me, when I stopped my grocery cart-he told me to go ahead, which I did; then said-Thank you, Phil[which startled him because I called him by name-which he had on his name tag-which means he could be identified];[note: when WSTA supervisors saw the I was getting back on the same route[route 1] instead of another route-they switched the bus drivers for route11[ to another African American female][the doctors office changed my appointment so I did not have to go];

The other joke that the white male authority in Fergurson, Mo. had in their emails is that a Black female went to go have an abortion at planned parent hood and the white male authority said, Good! That is one more less "CRIMINAL" that we[white males] have to deal with[meaning that an African American not subservient to white males is automatically a "criminal"[before the African American is born] which is based on the "PREAMBLE" of the United States Constitution:

The Justice Department, which opened its investigation after a white Ferguson police officer shot and killed a black teenager last summer, says the discrimination was fueled in part by racial stereotypes held by city officials. Investigators say the officials made racist jokes about blacks on their city email accounts. ...

[O]ver the past two years, African-Americans made up about two-thirds of the city’s population but accounted for 85 percent of traffic stops, 90 percent of citations, 93 percent of arrests and 88 percent of cases in which the police used force.

Black motorists were twice as likely as whites to be searched but less likely to be found in possession of contraband such as drugs or guns.

One joke that was widely shared between municipal email accounts quipped that then-candidate Barack Obama would not remain in the presidency for long because "what black man holds a steady job for four years." Another popular joke spread by email said that black women who receive refunds for abortions get a credit from "Crimestoppers." These noxiously racist attitudes clearly carried over into the justice system. From MSNBC:

Blacks in Ferguson were 68% less likely than others to have their cases dismissed by the Municipal Judge and were disproportionately likely to have a warrant issued against them, according to the report. As recently as 2013, 96% of the people who were arrested on an outstanding warrant were black.

But even more than the treatment they received once stopped, the Justice Department’s report found that blacks were used in the criminal justice system to buoy the city’s economy and balance its budget. The practices uncovered by federal investigators have violated residents’ Constitutional Rights of due process and equal protection under the law.

The DOJ’s report found that blacks were also subject to unfair stops and arrest for minor offenses like “manner of walking” in a roadway.

As my colleague Josh Voorhees explained Monday, the Justice Department will likely use this report to pressure local officials to enter a “consent decree,” requiring them to cooperate with the feds to reform their practices. If Ferguson refuses to play nice, the Justice Department will almost certainly launch a federal civil rights lawsuit against the city.
