Then went to Social Services where Walter marshall on "Board" to check on the request to have a new worker vs. "Ann" "PAUL";case worker was a hispanic Myrlena Palacios[after going there the last time and stood in line to avoid going to a hispanic-so the closed the "customer care" counter and changed the system-so that person has to follow instructions; now they give people a ticket and have workers to call out the ticket number; when first arrived-lady asked my name-when I asked why, she said she was going to just put it on the form vs my putting my name on the form, which is the same thing that Myrlena Palacious did, wrote the reason why I came-so I marked out everything written for me and wrote it myself along with the following notes:

A.The reason for visit: To check to see of food stamps recertified and if case worker was changed from Ann PAUL to another case worker;aslo put note that I did not write: to check on status of FSC recit; that M. Amaya wrote it-[which is wrong-that was the booth that Myrlena Palacious was in #5];

B. eople at front desk as Ms. myrlena do not allow people to write infor. They ask people questions and write for them; I would like to write my own statement. Thank you.[they do it as a form of harassment];

C. Message: Request is to have a new case worker other thatn Ann Paul because of investigation conerning "Paulette"[Walter Marshall's wife name] and threats associated with intimidation and the number "11" which am also requesting the date of the 11th for food stamps is also changed;

D. Please reply by mail!; and am requesting that new worker is NOT hispanic based on threats being investigated. Thank You;

Switzer called-worked for about an hour; went to location where the Salvation Army was located on Stratford Road before they[SA] moved to Cleveland Avenue and tried to put up a homeless shelter;the assignment was for/with Piedmont "FEDERAL" Savings "BANK"[201 South Stratford Road, Winston-Salem, North Carolina 27103] where white male driving a [black]ViceVERSA Van drove up-went in the Piedmont FEDERAL savings "Bank"; after stand was set up; and after about twenty people came out; then the white male in the Vice VERSA van came out and tried to complete a circle around stand; but went the other way when I walked out of the circle; then after about fifteen minutes, then v. Switzer went into the Piedmont "FEDERAL" Savings "BANK" and came back out with what looked like a "deposit" slip in his hand; then had me to help him unload a big black bag[which he usually does himself] and then asked me to go to Fire Subs to get a philly steak sandwich to share; after I got each half of the sandwhich in two seperate bags-V. Switzer seemed quite concern-long story short-the black bag was suppose to represent the guy who wears royal blue and the sharing of the sandwhich was suppose to be V. Switzer taking the guy[who wears royal blue and wants to date me] place in life; and the entire episode was suppose to be V. Where did see two people on 7/17/15[white older female/hispanic male] at back of house taking picture who had taken security off and came through fence-who left no notification of ever having been on the property; if had not looked out the side window at the time; they would have been gone and I never would have known they were on property;[which complaint was put in concerning another agency that came on property and left no notice];

Spoofing is “when another person calls someone elses phone and pretends to be them”[nyasknypl][6/6/14;[issue in files: threat of confinement if honest “money” earned from honest work by those authorized]which is “to “spoof” my life-so someone else can “pretend”/steal what belongs to me];

Since Ms. Darnell is not going anywhere, it would be greatly appreciated if help can be given concerning the issues of those authorized in uniform[like in Fergurson, Mo.] who communicated the threats of confinement for earning honest “MONEY” from honest work, and if Ms. Darnell could help to stop the economic/social “rape”, which President Obama said it is wrong;

Which would include the threats from hispanics at 3120 Airport rad; 3725 Carver Road, 4010 Carver Road [who just got TWO dogs]; 4101 Carver Roadh who have tried to intimidate fe from wlaking tolocal library,[which is an extension of the first experience and complaint filed with EEOC concerning harassments from hispanics at place of employemnt

The issiue is ACCESS to HONEST MONEY earned from HONEST work vs. system designed to force a person into illegal actitivity;

Letter/dated Sept.10,2014 to social agency requesting them to be an Advocate with statement “Please re-consider being my advocate to avoid the fate of Michael Brown in Fergurson, Mo.”

If the city does tow car, it is because of system that blocks out the right to earn honest money from honest work and as a result forces illegal situations of earning income which would be considered a conspirac6y, which violates the United States Constitutional codes/laws;

Do not have the “MONEY” to get a license plate; am in the process of asking people if they can help me to get a tarpe[sp] and raise tires on car; the person who cuts the grass does so a an every two weeks basis; the grass grow speedily compared to the grass at the other houses; the grass at each house can be cut at the same time and within a couple of days the grass at current residence will grow so fast that it looks like it is time to cut the grass again;

Concerning cutting the grass; Shirley [next door] after grass at residence had been cut, stated, “She[referring to me] don’t tell me what to do! I don’t care who she is, she is not my mama-and she is “dead” anyway as she was looking towards my open window; grass cutting is a “code” to people that live around me[apprx. 7:30pm/7-6-15]

Woke this morning and an hispanic male and white female[older] were in back yard taking pictures of car[which was extremely stressful and intimidating]; i did not hear anyone knock, I just happen to look out the window]; they took off lock and went through gate; were in a small white city car; and did not leave anything that said that they had been on property; called city link and lady told me that if they did not leave id to call the pol-ce; which called the pol-ce and two came; and one "HALL" [name of female relative prostitute in secret who worked at pentigon for white males in secret against another family relative that white males kept behind bars for over 36 years-the relative behind bars-stated-"they [pol-cewill not let me live my life";

Also informed the pol-ce that had put in complaint about hispanics who had just moved on carver road who tried to stop me from walking to the CRB library and that if hispanic worked for the city and they go on people's property and don't have to inform anyone=that is a good set up to rob someone; and then the pol-ceman said-Well, you said the hispanic had a pony tail, kind of tall?; answered "yes"; then the pol-ce stated
Oh! he was probably here for the car and probably wanted to take pictures of the car; then I said, well why were they in the back of the house; the car is on the side of the house; and why did they have to go through the gate; all they had to do was to take a picture from the street; and why did they not leave a note that they had been on property; just like found out that duke energy workers came on property without my knowledge, not once but twice and it may be more than that for all i know; and with duke energy workers they lied and stated that they turn on the lights at 8:08pm-when they did not it was ater 10:00pm when they finished and they arrived after 9:00pm and duke energy stops work at 9:00pm for turning on lights; and duke energy put that there was one truck, with [s[?] on it; when there were two trucks with "pike" on the side, and the man did not want to show his id; told me to use the truck # , which the utilities commission told me that I have a right to know the truck #'s; so somebody is lying why are they lying?;

Then told them that the lady at city link told me to call the pol-ce because they did not leave id; which is why city linked transfered the call from my phone to pol-ce dept.;

2.Am trying to sign up for a fund raising website; and the process will not go through; have the person on the phone and they say that is strange and weird because they never have had that to happen before and the library must have a block on the computer;
