2. When got off of WSTA city bus; authority vehichle[new kind/black and white drove past as was getting ready to cross the street;

Per phone conversation [week of  Sept. 20 through 25, 2015] in which information was given concerning member of house next door[moore] and member of house across the street[gwyn] along with those who stay in the houses around me; with the information being that the moores broke out all the windows on the north side of house, front screen door glass and the window on the car[that city of ws,nc issued warning concerning covering and tires] plus three trash, beer/liquer bottles on property, along with the people [who chris hayes watched their car] who parked in front of my house and who called me derogatory names and threaten me to not come out of the house;  a complaint was filed with the city of  ws,nc  concerning chris hayes car washing and intimidation/harassment from the people who cars cris hayes washed; and with the information being that Gwyn guy[pookie] pulled a weapon on me when I was putting up my mailbox that he[pookie] knocked down to force me to take a mailbox he[pookie] put up with my address on it-without my permission;

 

Think it is relevant that in apprx.1997 the EEOC gave me a right to sue letter because of hispanic[s] continuous intimidation and abuse during/at work; and think it is relevant that it was a hispanic [city of ws employee]  that investigated moore[s] car washing business-but found no evidence-when everybody in the neighborhood knew about the car washing business, which took pictures that verified the car washing business; also think it is relevant that a hispanic [city of ws employee] that knocked on my door with warnings about what is basically an economical dilemma;

Not to mention the fact that hispanics moved in the 3700/4200/4300 block of Carver School Road, where in some form have tried to intimidate, threaten, especially to stop from accessing the CRB library[internet] to the point that hispanic is living in house behind the little white store and sits on his porch observing residents;

Which you may ask, what has one thing to do with another; both the people who stay in house around me and hispanics are connected in seeking to stop my income/economic prosperity through forcing me to “join” their “secret” group; both are practicing  identity theft;

If I had not known who not to call, when Gwyn pulled weapon on me; where would Gwyn [pookie] and group[Hispanics] have stopped[which they haven’t-they are waiting on permission from the city of ws to continue]; I do not want to be like the “Three women held captive in a house for a decade and kept diaries documenting the horrific physical and sexual abuse they suffered on a daily basis”

All day long took pictures of illegal hispanics making "MONEY"[posted list on blog earlier this week, not to mention, Hero House on Peterscreek Prkway, Carver School Road Branch Library, and Quality Education Institute[across the street from the CRB library] where illegal hispanics can be found stealing "money" that should be going to African American[s]; yet white male authority who are members of SAM'S secret club threaten confinement if HONEST MONEY" is made from honest work; WHY?;'and WHY is it that AFrican American[s] born in Winston-Salem, NC that lived in the Northside shopping center/Patterson Ave. area are not allowed to grow economically?; yet hispanics have just about taken over the Cook flea market on Patterson Ave.; could it be that hispanic leadership is not selling them out to the highest bidder? 

Thus per phone conversation [9/[20 – 24]/2015] asked that you reply by email of the results that you found concerning the complaint[about moore car washing business in a residential area] and the issue of gwyn[pookie] pulling weapon on me, and intimidation from local hispanics, with this being written before you respond with your results; health/safety/income issues are issues that need to be addressed[ we,nc salvation army opens new homeless shelter or help people to find jobs] with the knowledge that every local agency listed has been sought out for help for years;

1.Today is a [6] day= 2+4=6; road the WSTA city bus to CRB library, and when got off of the bus, there were TWO A&T trucks; one on lansing drive by telphone wireboxes and the other on Carver Road by the wsta bus stop; both white males; the white male by te lansing side is name kevin-he showed me his badge because I was taking pictures; told him the local people in charge of the neighborhood told the people who live in the neighborhood to take pictures bieng that there have been a lot of problems with the telephone boxes; kevin had a man hole[big] that w as openen with a ladder down the hole; but the most interesting thing is that the truck was an A&T truck with a license plate for a "chevrolet"-78F4385-expires 9-29-15-word ancira on hte license plate-think it is extremely unusual for an A&T truck to have a license plate that expires[?]; keven was about 61; long brownish/blond beard;[note did inform a member of  the CRB library staff of the strangeness of the situation; which they said they would look into];

2.The research computer has a "sam" [print] notice on comuter and will n ot go off of schreen, so half of what is written is not able to be seen; Mayhand[the librarian] said that they would report it; and think that after yesterday with the computers being down, somebody should have caught the situation-which they probably did, butr left up for the specific reason of why Kevin the white male was at the man hole outside the CRB library-suppose to be symbolic of killing the male/or any male being in my life; thus am thanking  the Supreme Devine God was fixing it so that the death is of white males who harass/intimidate/threaten or try to rob of anything Good ;

The Winston-Salem Polce Department is looking for people to participate in a program that is designed to help improve the communication gap that exists at times between law enforcement officers and the community

Winston-Salem pol-ce officers worked with community members to help solve problems in the neighborhoods during a "trust talk" session last year.

In 2012, officials with the city’s human relations department were approached by former Winston-Salem pol-ce chief Scott Cunningham to improve communication among law enforcement and the public and to help build a strong sense of community.

Three to four trust talks will take place in 2014. Community members and pol-ce officers will meet in small groups to work through areas that may need addressed, such as stereotypes, the role of race, and issues that may impede people from speaking with police about their knowledge of a crime or investigation.

The pol-ce department will then collect their suggestions and concerns and use the information as training tools for officers.

“Anytime that we can set down and talk is always a benefit for both sides. A lot of times there is mistrust because of a lack of information, so we can also get information out to the public. That is probably the best benefit, says Winston-Salem pol-ce chief Barry Rountree.

Rountree added, “It’s about like when people come in and they participate in the citizen pol-ce academy, because a lot of times it is a misunderstanding of the rules and laws, but once they understand the reason behind it, they understand why the officer didn't do x y and z, but did a, b and c.”

Wanda Allen-Abraha, director of the city’s Human Relations Department, is working with the pol-ce chief to make sure the applicant pool is as diverse as possible.[note:Wanda Allen-Abraha,=Afrcan American  prostitute in secret working for white males-who employees of the city of ws, nc kept trying to get me to go talk to=which was a set up];

“We ask participants very direct questions about barriers that they may see, and any concerns that they may have that are individual to maybe a sub- population. Applicants must reside within the city limits of Winston-Salem and be at least 18 years of age. The first trust talk for 2014 will take place in the spring.

On campus, complaints relating to sexual assault, racial profiling and mental health came to a head last week in a confluence of events resulting in the protests

The college is also in the process of investigating its Safety and Security operation. In recent years, there have been a series of allegations that campus Safety has engaged in routine racial profiling. Margolis Healy, a Burlington, Vermont-based consulting firm, was tasked with evaluating Vassar’s Safety and Security and offering recommendations for improvement.

For example, a number of Vassar community members have said that Security officers stop individuals and ask to see their IDs with seemingly limited cause. Such practices have led some community members to believe that the Security officers are engaging in racial profiling, particularly if they are stopping individuals of color.
Kiese Laymon, a Vassar professor, published an opinion piece in Gawker on November 29, detailing his experiences of racial profiling as a Black professor on the Vassar campus. He wrote that he was routinely asked to show his campus ID to security, even in his own office.
According to The Miscellany, the Margolis Healy report did not attribute Security officers stopping community members to racial profiling, but rather to unclear internal procedural directives. Nevertheless, the report did find that some in the Vassar community believe that Security officers engage in routine racial profiling ― suggesting that the Vassar administration must work to correct this problem of perception.

The report, which is still in its preliminary stages, is not yet publicly available, according to Roellke. A Margolis Healy representative said that the company could not comment on client affairs.

There have been concerns raised over the years that there may be race-based kinds of interactions on campus that are problematic,” Roellke told Diverse. “We hadn’t had a study done on Safety and Security for more than a decade and that, coupled with the retirement of the director of Safety and Security, along with five other officers during a recent very early retirement incentive, suggested that this was a really great time to take a whole look at our Safety and Security operation.”

Dr. Leonard Nevarez, a professor of sociology at Vassar College, wrote an op-ed in the Miscellany last week that he has “never felt so demoralized at this institution,” as in the past several weeks.

“It’s possible the administration thinks this is just the general noise of being an administrator, so I just wanted to make clear that, no, that this is a particularly serious moment, that they need to heed the students’ issues,” Nevarez told Diverse ― alluding not just to the perception of racial profiling, but to problems with sexual assault and inadequate mental health resources.

In response to the protests, the president’s office issued an email on Dec. 10, listing the initiatives the college plans to implement to address student and faculty concerns. The college plans to create a senior officer position to oversee institutional diversity and inclusion, and two current faculty members have been named as the new advisors to senior administration on issues of race and inclusion — among other measures.

“A lot of the things that they’re suggesting now are good things, but they’re things that a number of us proposed years ago,” Laymon said, adding that two years ago a committee he was involved with had submitted a revised action plan for Safety and Security.

Roellke said that the college will continue to make changes. “We’re still smack in the middle of the process of studying ourselves,” he said.
